All Stealth and Chrome Line Cars

So Ive been offered codes for all the stealth and chrome line cars for £50. Do you think i should get them at this price? Give us your opinions.

Even if they weren't just lightly hopped-up, fictional versions of virtual cars, which they most certainly are, you're looking at paying nearly £5 per car? No. Way.

Nope. I wouldn't be interested enough in them to find out. They don't advance your game in any real way - it doesn't open anything more up to you that you wouldn't otherwise have access to. They're just slightly-more-powerful, different coloured versions of some other cars.

Not even PD charge £5/car for DLC!

Its either pay 50 quid or pay 100 odd quid for the signature edition which only has the 6 stealth cars and not the chromeline.

The Signature Edition has the 5 Chrome Line cars too.

The Signature Edition comes with both Stealth and Chromeline Cars.

The SLS AMG and McLaren F1 are a bit like FIA GT cars, or at least that's what I tell myself. They tie in nicely with the Ford GT LM and GT Academy Special GT-R and personally I'm glad I bought the Signature Edition back in the day at a good discounted price.

The Chromeline cars I don't use hardly at all.

Im really happy that I bought my SE back in the days.
Using the stealth models more or less every time I am on GT5.
Mostly the 787B, and the SLS AMG. <3

I hardly ever touch the chrome lines though.
Only the M3 and thats not passed 2,000 km yet.

I have all 12 and its like Famin says there slightly higher tuned than there stock premium version. If your after them for collecting purposes buy them if not dont.

Yeah you don't get your money's worth with the Signature Edition, but it's a nice thing to have if you like GT-branded merchandise.

Yeah the main reason im looking to get them is purely for collection purposes. If anyone does find the signature edition cheaper please let us know.

I voted No... £50 is a lot of money for lightly-modified cars with stripes on them. Even if they were unique cars, which they aren't, £50 would still be way too much for them. Do you really want to spend £50 on some virtual cars just so that you have a complete collection? It's your money, you can do what you want with it, but in my personal opinion, I would not pay £50 for them.

Forget about the poll. I would get them 👍 .. I figure most players have put so much time into this game it pays for itself.

Also, you have the opportunity to get all stealth cars. Us here in North America don't.

Yeah i spend soooo many hours on this game its probably the only game i buy DLC's for so i guess it evens itself out.

I heard the stealth cars will expire at the end of the year so we wont be able to get them anymore which makes me want to get them even more.

I wouldn't buy them for £50. The game itself cost less than that when it was new! Save your money and buy yourself another game, or put it toward the new DLC (when it's released). £50 is a lot of money to waste on some slightly better, slightly different looking, virtual cars.

Only thing thats bugging me is knowing if we'll be able to transfer our cars to gt6 when it comes.........

I'm torn on this one... on the one hand the cars (stealth mainly) are great to have, honestly they are, but 50 quid is a serious amount for them and I'm not sure if I'd drop that amount on them.

That said though I'd seriously consider it and it could go either way, I'll not vote though because it's really a 50/50 for me :undecided:

Oh, and I've got them all and do use them when the situation demands it 👍

You can get the Jag XJ13 Chromeline edition for free. I have a code somewhere lying in dust.
