This is all a matter of taste though. You say cars 'slide and snap constantly', but I would say that cars feel alive and react both to driver input and the terrain. Certain cars are definitely better than others, but go drive the Porsche's or the AMG GT3 for a few laps and you'll see how incredible the game feels. AMS1 being better than AMS2 is a very popular opinion, but AMS1 is widely regarded as better than AC (without SOL and CSP at least), and AMS2 is getting better with every update. Racing against the AI in AMS2 is hands down better than AC though, and it would be very hard to argue otherwise. It's great playing a game where the AI actively tries to avoid crashing.AMS2 is awful. The physics and general driving experience is horrible. Cars slide and snap constantly as well as judder/bounce all over the place, its horrible. AC is objectively a far better sim and so is the original AMS.
