Assetto Corsa PC Mods General DiscussionPC

[VheEth]

Thanks a lot, I fixed it.
I disabled the TyreFX.
I checked the files in the extensions folder as well, but everything seems fine.

[jac0]

can it be fixed with extension if brakelight and regular taillight are inverted (regular tail lights are bright, brake less bright) so in fact when lights are on , one can't see the brakelights anymore?
(this is for example the case on the Porsche 919 Hybrid 2017, str_lmp1_porsche_919_hybrid_2017 found here )

[Greg_ST]

great job mate wit hyour macca, but I noticed your version is more than 5-10% bigger than reallife one.
you plane to fix that one?

yes it is bigger, but the model is from a different game I don't know if I can fix it without breaking it more, it is already damaged (the 3d parts) I don't know much about 3d modeling, I'm a graphic designer I only change some 3d parts in 3dsmax by basic knowledge idk s**t about modeling but if i find something i will try to change it,
Rena is a big driver and big divers need bigger cars

[RMi_wood]

Hey has anyone got this annoying problem on RMi's Ambush Canyon where the car just unexpectedly sink into the ground when trying to cross the bridge before the start line? I have no idea why this keeps on happening & i don't know how to resolve this.

So, new to Fun Cup. What is the difference between the two cars? When I initially saw the new upload, I thought it was just an update. Is it just the same car by two different modders? Or is there real world tech differences between the two?

Hi guys,

has anybody seen a Callaway Corvette for AC yet.

The car was used in BPR in 1994 and 1995 and also competed in Le Mans in these years. My next skin pack after the Paris 1000 km pack will be the Vallelunga race, in which the car had its first appearance in BPR. I would be very grateful if you could point me to an existing model for AC. Even if there might be just a private GTR2 conversion, I would try to talk to the creator to update and use it for the BPR Recreation Project.

Thanx
Daniel

DE modding did the Callaway itself ironically so yes and I believe it has most of the BPR skins I'm not fully sure which ones are missing:

edit: thank you mods.

You could import bathurst_mesh.kn5 into 3DSimED3, right click the AC_TIME_x_R/L objects, change coordinates, apply, export as kn5, done.

[alexmpoland]

Is there any way to set button to one of F6 cams?

[Daniel Graf]

for goodness sake.

Thanx for your quick answer. Has the car been distributed to the public or is it a private mod. Where can I find the car or the modder? Thanx Daniel

[Ale2Passos]

Hello. Does anyone know why the shadows reflected in the cars look like this?

I would like to think of Austin Allegro mod for AC which is converted from BeamNG...

Austin Allegro 1.3L

Great Britain's answer to the Lambourghini Muira Austin Allegro for BeamNG.drive 4cyl carbureted 1.3L making 75hp 0-60 - didn't have time to test it...

the only lmp3 afaik are the ones from acfriends, but you have to deal with ****** encryption on the side (can't even edit data)

Thanks to @El Locho nudge in the right direction, I was able to pull off this using the lua scripting texture change capability. All this happens just by setting a date. Really cool feature that kind of opens up a whole world of possibilities.

So, I'll give these a tweak in due course, and post a revised version set of cams here for those that enjoy replay mode...

Here are the revised cams for sportsland_sugo_mts (now placed in front of 3D Trees) + an additional three NEW cams from yours truly...

The car is not from BE modding and even if there are some Corvettes in the pack posted here a few days ago, this one is not.

The author seems to be "DK Modding Team". I havent heard about them yet. Does anybody know who is DK Modding and where I can contact them? The car seems to be a GTR2 conversion, but would be the optimum starting point to improve it further for the use in the BPR Recreation Project.

Thanx Daniel

i working together with Ludwing on an update for this track (which has required an update for some kn5 for the normals). Can we put together also your cam and release as a standalone update for everyone so we can avoid 3-4 standalone updates and 3-4 different track names?

This is an allegro.

I've converted some cars from beamng which are incredible models, and that thing you posted is not a good example of beamng.
It is in fact a very bad model of an Austin Princess, which is in itself a very bad model, but not THAT bad as in your pic.
