2023 Fenix 30-6 Chinook

After only 3 and a half years of on and (mostly) off work, with a helluva lot of support from several people, I’m finally ready to unleash this little beast on the world. An antidote to the modern automotive industry, the 2023 Fenix 30-6 Chinook...

Little interesting car mod that you may had missed.

I would like to know if this shadow-skin problem are solved and how to fix it.

Same, I inquired before but I couldn't get an answer it's this car in particular, the msc_156_stw, it gets used in a lot of BTCC/STW grids. It looks fine in the showroom but for some reason it's totally black on track.

I've been digging a bit, but no luck so far. I don't really have any experience in modeling so I might as well be reading Japanese

[Fall Guy]

I have a problem with the app taskbar where it'll repeatedly pop back in and out after my cursor is off it. It'll fix itself sometimes but usually it'll be stuck doing that. I'm on 0.2.1-preview2

Unpin the pure apps, then it should be kinda fixed.

[Peter Boese]

Here is a fix for the taskbar issue. It is caused by a strange combination of things:

[MrHunt]

I can't see it on his page. Where did you fid it?

Just curious, will these be available individually as each car gets updated, or will it be a full pack release once they are all done?

Full pack Release. Because they aren't compatible with the old ones physics wise.
All GT4 already got new tyres, suspension, aero, drivetrain, ...
But its getting forward. Sin is done already too

[Jaba12]

in CM showroom , select the glass and then turn on transparancy... (beware it alters the kn5 file , cm makes a backup first though - but you will not be able to enter online server w your fixed car if the server is running the original car... )

A totally different question from me: anyone knows a fix for these blank previews lately?

with CSP for final render on , the generated rendered preview pic is showing no car, while the car is centered visibly in the preview pane. Tried also on/off all the ceckboxes visible in my screenshot...

Just untic "use CSP for final preview render" from content manager settings, had the same issue and that corrected it

Amigos,

Hello mate, how are you? A question. How did you get the bottom right of the GT HUD to work? Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you.

I hope that he'll come back on his old method to preview his mods since this is a little bit confusionary and without images.
Thanks for having pointed me into the right direction anyway 😊

could you share it in the best state you got it so far? Then others can give a stab at further improvement... Since we don't have any other streetlegal calibra in AC that I know of, pretty sure this one is a candidate for getting some TLC

I searching this too. I only know that these settings saved within preset file. you can set these Options to [] within the preset file, so that that they are not set if they are all deactivated. But [] doesn't help to deactivated them. Unfortunately as additional Problem other skin new settings. I don't know where these Settings stored.
Edit: Maybe within a file within skin folder. I havn' t checked that yet
