Curvelo Re-upload. Built in Mascots toning and textures now.

EDIT: Start lights do not work, and no idea how to fix that, anyone else can hop in thanks.

EDIT2: Ibarra is nearly ready now, upload in a day or two, mostly got all those ugly trees fixed.

used csp 1.60 for a long time yesterday installed csp 1.73 and ran into a problem, only a few cars in front of me have taillights on. at 1.60, the taillights are on for all cars in front of me. how can i fix this?

A quick glance through that list and I can see a dozen or more tracks that exist for AC, some good, some versions too bad to keep.
I'd suggest trying to use google search, which can do wonders in some cases...
 
Natsuki's new GT500 Nissan is as good as expected, but probably not that different to drive than the previous version. The main issue still is being the only Class 1 GT500 cars in the game(in either old or 2021 trim) can't really put it to good use.

Don't kno how good is youtube translation but this pretty fun to watch. Hope Bazza will cling to something similar to World Sport Cars GT, 50'ish era would be gold. Once he's done with the final release for GT Legends of course.


Although there is no news in the video content for me, and my French is rusty, it is always good to watch a well done report.

i just do not understand, whats is bad in encrypting if the mod is well done?
it's sim to play, not to look around the car in CM. You can look around the car on the track. And cars works good in game. Look at ДДМ works. they are brilliant. And there is no dozen of "modified by someone versions"

I like being able to look at detailed car models. It can teach you a few things about them that some alleged car "experts" in real life don't even know. Looking at the car around the track is far more cumbersome.

I hate when other people decide what I can and I can't do with their cars. Most of the time I modify other people's cars, or even Kunos own models, to match my own preferences for my personal use. I hate "shift preload" in manual cars, when the driver wants to grab the gear stick before I actually input an upshift. I always turn that off. Just because some encrypted mods are near "perfect" doesn't change the fact a lot of them are messed up and just encrypted due to sheer spite.
 
I can understand the fact, that some mods are encrypted and cant be shown in showroom and got massive issues and then there are coming no updats from these modders to fix the problems.
Our mods are encrypted too,yes, but can be shown in showroom like Kunos cars and we are constantly working on updates on them. As could be seen on our GT4 pack, that get an overall update.

Any ETA on the GT4?
 
Oh so you work for "them"?, if so, wonder if you could ever have official permission from them to recreate that skin in Assetto Corsa, naturally changing all R3E logos with AC ones.

I'm afraid this design will remain a R3E exclusive for now, sorry, but it looks like Marcus wants to add some more in the future at least ;)

I think the diveplanes on the front and the rear and I think some cockpit details were supposed to be the changes. Not sure if there are supposed to be any physics changes. He did say they have some additional feedback from Super GT drivers.

At anyrate if you don't have it its not bad to get either one. Not sure if you need both. Makes more sense if we know if there are any other GT500 cars coming, at which one I'd lean towards whichever one can have a grid racing...
 
Ibarra. Tree update. Got rid of most of the floaters, and double treetrunks i think.. but this track keeps confounding me.

On my system trees are very dark, even if I change exposure to the point the tracks is too bright.
I also wonder what happened to that mountainside at the end of the main straight ? It doesn't look very good. (second picture is how the 'old' version was):

And I now get a very strange shadow from overhanging power lines (there was no shadow at all in the old version, but this one...:scared: )

Are you planning to optimize the LODs of the cars? I can't use your GT4 cars in VR at the moment, because they are so poorly optimized.
The numbers of the triangles are OK, but the numbers of objects are ridiculous high especially for the so important LOD C and LOD D.
During a race most of the cars are more than 200 m away from your car and you only see the LOD D of those cars.
Then the game has to render 2700 objects for a field of 20 of your GT4 cars and only 80 objects for a field of 20 Kunos GT4 cars. Do you see the difference?

Just an example:

Your BMW M4 GT4:
LOD A: 243314 Triangles, 307 Objects (no low res. cockpit)
LOD B: 54324 Triangles, 257 Objects
LOD C: 13479 Triangles, 205 Objects
LOD D: 4186 Triangles, 135 Objects

Kunos Porsche Cayman GT4 Clubsport:
LOD A: 271994 Triangles, 198 Objects (with high res. cockpit)
LOD A: 141623 Triangles, 97 Objects (with low res. cockpit)
LOD B: 30286 Triangles, 79 Objects
LOD C: 9807 Triangles, 37 Objects
LOD D: 3083 Triangles, 4 Objects
 
Question, I know there was an LMP pack on the old excel sheet for the forum. I know at some point there was an updated physics to the pack. I have a question and request please. The question is, did that make the LMP2's relatively good to drive and/or relatively equal to the pace of the P2's of the era? (I'm wanting when I get my pc back and can do some AC do some track day things with the AI with the VRC P1's, rollovers P2's, old P2's from the pack, GTE's for a pro, and then GT3's to satisfy my multiclass desires). Secondly, if anyone could link me to the updated physics for the pack it would be extremely appreciated, thank you in advance!
 
Any way to stop AI from pitting in short races through Content manager. Im doing short races between 3and 10 laps and ai cars will pit on 2nd lap of 3 lap race, 3rd lap in 5 lap race and so on and so. can i just stop Ai from pitting ????
 
The Dallara Stradale 2017 has the headlights that does not illuminate, I tried to modified but it's time wasted for nothing, there is a fix, but I can not get it, is that someone knows this fix

Use weekend .
The ai needs to calculate the fuel with practise session.
