It looks strange.

Because most of the cars I have (in mod packs) have lowercase letters.

Just yesterday I downloaded cars from other sites (with lowercase letters) and I don't have any problems.

The car statistics (lap times and other things...) are shown to me normally.

Wouldn't it be some configuration adjustment?What CSP are you using? Or also extended physics. (which sometimes gives me problems)?Did you install it manually or via CM?
I said in my message that we shouldn't use capital letters and you say the opposite, I don't understand, we should only use lower case letters as you just said.
 
Side question, not related with the track (didn't had the time to try it yet) : Is it really worth it to use Sharemods ? Pecuniarily ?

Honestly? I'm not wild about it either, but I thought it was a "dark-mode" style choice by @Breathe, and he's put SO much work into an insanely valuable resource, that if he painted it green with purple spots, I'd just be like "That looks nice." and be on my bicycle 🤪
 
Hm, which kind of settings do you need? Here are my csp settings, hope it leads to some good results on your side. Kindly note, I have disabled TAA on ExtraFX since it leads to a black sun bug when using default wfx.

Thanks! It looked pretty much the same with these settings too, so I guess I just generally hate how LCS looks in bright sunlight.

its mostly the overall high fog in the default wfx which gives you more "depth", but actually idk why there should be always fog!
Also i needed to fix some bug in the wfx, because with the default fog settings you have a steady blue tint on everything. YOu can check this, just go to a dark place and there is a really present blue tint!

But if you like this fog effect you will again be possible to manipulate the fog paramters of the Pure LCS wfx.

and imo thats the whole mystery behind it. Fog covers problems and low quality visuals...
A slight fogging with distance can add a nice depth effect, but the way it makes distant mountains turn a bright duck-egg blue in Assetto Corsa has always looked ridiculous.

There is pack of those cars which also included some of the older gen GT cars, I wish someone would finally dig the entire pack out of the depts of the internet and share it again, After all it was free content that was put behind scamdreams paywall :(

Sadly not, best you can do is edit the talent and aggression level in Content Manager's detailed grid, but you can't specify them in a skin file or a driver file like GTR2.

I finally had a chance to try the new 2023 mod and it's a really nice set of cars to get my Cup fix, except for one problem. Has anyone else found that the ai is really slow, even at 100%? From my testing, it seems like the ai slows down way too much going into and through the turns. Would anyone know of any kind of tweak to one of the files in the data.acd file that could speed up their turn entry and overall turn speed?
Now the team is working on what will be v2.0, with fixed models. we didn't plan on updating even more, but model needed some work. Thank you for giving us feedback! we'll also take a look at the AI behavior for the next, and hopefully last, update ;)
 
be sure to drive at least 3 full laps, also verify proper name and location of timer blocks
Checked that and also added AI spine in the kn5 just in case if that was it. Still not working just tells me AI spline might be broken when it crashes. Timing objects are correctly named.

no idea what "added AI spine in the kn5" even means... its not even a "thing" you can do.

RainFX for Milbantos -- just add this code to the track's ext_config.ini file.

I saw it in a camera video but i figured it out it wasn't that there was another file that was causing it to crash.

(edit) Got ai to work in race mode however in weekend during practice or qualifying sessions they can't leave the pits for some reason.

Just to double-check - these screens are from your upcoming July preview version, which is not released yet? Since you wrote PureLCS wfx? I thought it would be named pure Gamma?
The screens i showed are from the new current default wfx and from the upcoming Pure LCS wfx.

With the next release in Juli the cuurent Pure 0.271 is renamed to "Pure Gamma" and it will have no LCS support.
The new "Pure LCS", based an the default wfx, is LCS only...

Yes, thats much better in the new Pure LCS and also with the upcoming Pure LCS, i added a never existing feature in Pure:

PPfilter script modders can do their own weather definitions with a Pure script. So it is possible then, someone will make a dramatic scenery script where much more fog is used.

Use another ppfilter I guess? And lower the exposure with PGDN might help in some situation then.

I tried all the LCS filters I could find on Overtake, some were much better than the Default filter but went too far in the opposite direction or were way too heavy on FPS. I'll just keep waiting for now, I'm anxious to see what Peter is able to do with Pure LCS.

try the free phizm lcs filter on overtake, i found that to work and look the best with default weather. Pure weather lcs looks best without downloaded filters, none of them have made a good pure lcs filter yet. every paid patreon filter looks trash in default or pure, do not give one cent to those guys that leach of Iljas and Peters work.

I tried Phizm LCS, but for me looked a bit like watching everything through faint smoke. Performance with it was good (which can't be said about Vision Reality LCS), but I didn't like that gray tint over everything.
 
Already ask this at the Overtake but no reply, maybe here a guy can help me. The carburetor backfire from the bugatti 32 tank is not working anymore, how to fix this or is this another secret adjustment in CM to enable this great effect.

I say this because in my opinion it is not worth wasting time and resources to develop on the LCS model, especially after the level of quality that has been achieved with PURE, and with AC EVO which is arriving.
Anyway, all in my opinion.

You are not the only person. I have tried LCS with different filters and even one I tried to make myself and have yet to see the colors, lighting, shadows, etc. look anything like what the world looks like outside my window. With the old gamma mode, the game looks more like the world I see every day.
