which cars give you the most bang for your buck? i never used the car but the Hpa motorsports Stage ll R32 '04 has 552 hp and only costs 31,870 cr

i cant think of any new cars right now but used imports have pretty good value in my opinion like evos, nsx, skylines, ect

3000GT.

HP wise, it can be either the HPA R32 or the Buick Special.

If you really don't want to spend too much, go used, and get a Japanese import that has tuning potential, like evo, supra, skyline. Think about the weight of the car versus the horsepower, and you can pretty much guess what car will be best.

muscle cars. no other cars have that much awsomeness, for that kind of price!

the HPA's a diassapointment... but still very quick, by any means

'96 Corvette Grand Sport is a very capable car.
anything used will be better "bang for buck", so to speak.
the Lotus Sport 190's good to.

also, pretty much any race car as long as you fully upgrade it.

HPA Stage II R32. Look no further.

If you're looking for another great all-round performance vehicle that's not pre-modified, an 89' R32 GTR would be a great choice.

It has more than 276 hp at the wheels, handles great and will blow away the competition with it's Rb26DETT engine.

Its not a bargain car but if u go to used cars Honda NSX's are like the most expensive cars there and they have good handling i must admit but they lack power and are soo aover priced the cheapest one i could find was about 40,000cr ( i understand that power isnt everything but still.........)

i think my '96 skyline GT-R (R33) i paid i think 17,000 Cr from used car lot and i fully modded it and i can hit 388 KPH in it on test track. so that would have to be my car.

Not true, it'll NOT blow away a Supra...

TVR Grittith, 20,000, great car :)

Stock for stock it will, though technically the HPA Golf is never stock even the moment you purchase it.

...if you like massive turbo lag and even more massive understeer.

My bargain picks would probably be either the '96 Gran Sport 'Vette as previously mentioned, or the Monaro/nuGTO. Both have huge, flat power curves and quite solid handling.

You can sweep up the Vette! Vette! Vette! races with a stock one, at around 100 A-spec points each. Good choice for the money.

Those old '80s Supras are usually quite cheap, too.

The AE86 will dominate Tsukuba with some TLC and a LSD. I have a 200 HP Red Levin that can embarass a Evo VIII quite badly. :sly:

The Suzuki GSX R-4, honestly, need I say more?

HPA R32, it feels like a little Group B rally car, a beast!

Mini Cooper S, a FF that can out handle expensive FRs. 👍

Modern Camaros, true dragstrip terrors! :trouble:

I'll have to second the Elise 111R, and also add the Mini Cooper S (fantastic brakes/handling w/only racing tires), the Corvette Z06 (great all-around racer), and the Amuse S2000 R1. Fully upgraded, the Amuse can easily hang with top-level JGTC cars, and it handles like a dream!

Hang with them? I spank them like a 5 year old kid stealing my PS2. As fro the Z06, I like the car. Good weight(for the size) and decent horsepower.

And mentioned before me, the GSX/R-4

Easily the best bang for your buck car isn't a car but a truck. The Dodge RAM Laramie can be used to win almost all Special Condition Races and therefore can be used to win lots of credits, lots of points and lots of other vehicles. I've also used it to win enduros for 200 A-spec points. I'd have to say that's a lot of payback for a low-cost vehicle.

A non-truck vehicle that is really useful is the Mazda RX-7 Spirit. It has good handling, good tire wear and good power/weight ratio. It can be used to win many races and is very fast in stock condition.

The Chrysler crossfire. Yeah it costs a little, at around 34,000 (I think), but it more than pays for itself with the different races it can win (without mods for pretty good {130-170} Aspec points) at the beginning of the game. And it's always fun beating lancers and skylines with a lower horsepowered american car (call be bias)

Errr, I was talking about the R32 Skyline which does NOT blow away an MKIV Supra...

Automobile
Mitsubishi Lancer GSR '92. 👍

Anything with 4WD, the capacity to fit Original turbines, suspension and the option of NA tuning. Put Sports, Racing, Dirt and Snow tyres on it and you can do almost any race in it. Like I said, the Mitsubishi Lancer GSR '92 immediately springs to mind. Probably the best first buy, as you can enter heaps of Japanese races in it. It might be expensive to fully do up, but once you get to the second race in Special Conditions, you can easily pwn it over and over, winning lots of Toyota Rally RAID's to sell. This is a very flexible car.

It's still the HPA for me. I started a thread just like this, it's an interesting topic:).

FormulaGT

Performance 4WD/FR + Turbo.

Eg.
  1. GTR
  2. RZ (TT)
  3. GTO
  4. EVO

For under 70,000 credits, tons of cars (especially the late 90's Japanese cars) will kill muscle cars. The only advantage the muscle cars may have is acceleration. They top out around 130-140, braking is decent at best, and don't even think about comparing the handling.
