Is anyone excited? I do and almost every reviews gets a 9/10 or plus. The demo was quite nice too. I feel this might be the greatest comic book video game ever made. Well, I also enjoyed X-men: Wolverine the origins too.

Being a movie license game I haven´t even thought about it. But well it got great reviews so will try the demo.

Only real superb movie license game is riddick: EFBB.

I've tried the demo too, it's brilliant. Controls are a bit clumsy though.

Its comic license nothing due with any of movies.

I picked this up last Sunday, absolutely immense game, loads of puzzles and extras to the side missions. Loads of Bat gadgets to unlock through the story mode and some excellent voice acting.

Definitely worth a wangle.

Great game just too short and once you've finished there isn't much else to do I found.

Have you completed all of the riddles, found all the interview tapes and completed all the additional side combat challenges?

I've got to 84% or similar - Completed main story (normal) and Riddler - Not got all the Challenges sorted yet though - and there are a few trophies yet to earn for various things!!

Great game - although I agree that it was perhaps a little short - hoping for some decent (free) DLC to reignite it at a later date.

No I haven't its more the fact that finding the riddles is ok but it just gets a bit boring after a while and there isn't anything else to do besides them.

Traded in NFS: Shi/f/t for it and haven't looked back since. Batman is the best game I've played all year so far. Closing in on 50% finished after having it two weeks. But some people say its really short, so maybe 100% is after you solve all the riddles and get all the tapes and not just beating up the bad guys?

I got the game from Gamefly the beginning of the week and i haven't touched NFS shift since (got it on xbox360, nfs shift on ps3). What an awesome game. Once you get used to the controls (very easy if you ask me) the involvement is great. I really like the detective modes, finding the riddles/trophies and the combat timing with counters and special moves is great.Graphics are amazing, some of the best i've seen. It's on par with Gears of War and has the same type of tone/coloring/shine as Gears of war. The environments really set the mood. This is definitely contender for Game of the Year. I'm now going after poison Ivy after getting the cure for the Titan Virus.

I love the exploration aspect, the stealth sneaking as well as jumping into combat. Very well put together game. I'm at 66%. Can't wait to see what happens next. :)👍 (playing on Normal difficulty)

This is definetely the best Batman game ever made, and the best comic-book/superhero one I have played. It has everything: great combat, feindish but more-ish puzzles, excellent platformy Tomb-Raider type bits, great music, great visuals, great voice acting(can't believe the Joker is voiced by Mark Hamil!), and a cracking story.
Yep, brilliant all round. If you haven't got it, GET IT!
Only other decent Batman game out there is Lego Batman.
Any others worth mentioning? Only two, but they are from years ago:
Batman Returns on the Mega CD, but only for it's great music and driving bits.
And of course who could forget Ocean Software's Batman movie tie-in on the Amiga/ST/C64/AmstradCPC464/Spectrum?
Whatever happened to Ocean by the way?
