Today i play gt5 and i see some of my standard cars :P ... The car that hit me it's the Chrysler Prowler .. It's similar to a premium car, the gauges in the car work =D .. Other standards are great but i think it's the best

Caterham and GT40 are the only ones I've tried but the Caterham has a pretty sweet cockpit. No working gauges though.

i tried caterham too , it's beautiful cockpit... now i'm buying all the convertible standards to try they.. next i'll post some photos

Does anyone know which cars have working gauges? (Got the premo treatment)

Someone should compile a list.

Prowler. It's like premiums. Working gauges, nice textures. Even vents are detailed/

I wonder why that got the treatment over some of the more desirable cars.....:odd:

Perhaps the Prowler was set to be premo from the start but time dictated that it wouldn't be ready. Just a theory.

maybe... the prowler it's very similar to a premium car... maybe in some month the best standards will totally convert to premium , maybe for free ;)

Anyone tried prowler and other convertibles at night? I wonder if they have lit up dashboards.

Anyone try the Subaru rally car? Or the other car that were premium in those videos when playing GTHD?

I was confused by the Prowler too. But one of the few 'roof-less' convertibles that aren't race cars in game, so it's still pretty nice. Working dials too, confirmed. Snapped this pic, apologies for sub-par photography

The plastic/leather is actually nicely textured, unlike what I've seen in the FGT (no working dials, jaggies, oh well). Another nice touch is the body-coloured panels on the dash, similar to the Fiat 500.

That's pretty awesome :)

Is that your favorite standard cockpit on the citadel? :P

The Prowler's interior is indeed nice. I have also tried the Peugeot 205 and the Bugatti Veyron, mmm..., better without, it just look like a 10 years old game with the interior view (half of the screen is simply black). Hope there are other good surpises like the Prowler

The GT40 is the same as the Veyron. I don't mind though because I'll be looking at the road more. I'm just glad I can drive these cars now because I couldn't bear to without cockpit cam.

I hear the standards don't have working wipers, what happens in the rain? I'm guessing water simply doesn't collect on the windshield like it does in the premiums. Can anyone confirm this? Sadly I'm at work. Thanks.

Some of the more highly detailed ones are easily visible by actual paddle shifting, as opposed to not shifting anything. So far, Ive only see the FGT and 05 Pescarolo do this.

And as Ive just seen the Caterham vid, that also shifts as well.

I just took my Alto out in the rain, and although water did hit the windshield, there's not very much of it. So, yes, pretty much as you described.
