Click on someone's username, then scroll down to the bottom underneath the red bar where it says Administrative Options: User Options. Click on User Options. That should open up your vB Mod CP. From there you'd click 'Ban' under 'User Actions'.

You should be able to do it. Test it out on Concept.

Yeah, I think he said that he was never coming back or something. Then he just made a new username or something. We don't remember him, but I sure as hell know he remembers us.
