Bowtie's Speed Shop : Ultimate Corvette Collection!

I love Ascari, but I find it long and difficult to make comparison lap times, the time it takes to do 10 laps there with one setup you can do 2 different setups of 10 laps on Autumn Ring, [ALERT - it's you :odd: posting here before I've finished writing ] both are a bit similar for driving. Just my point of view for tuning and testing not for driving and racing.
Yeah I know, but Ascari is fun at that pp level and the limit is 5 laps, no more. Was also thinking Brands GP for the 525pp cars (not all are modern muscle by the way) but it is very similar to Midfield. Might do that or Autumn Ring.
Thanks guys, your suggestions are what I needed. Others opinions!👍

Not many mistakes, but enough that more than 1 person has found some.:ouch::dunce:

* - Mr.B, something is missing, even with Oil Change only gets to 489PP and 350BHP
I will have to double check and get back to you on that one.

Edit-Sports Exhaust, Sports Cat, SUPERCHARGER!. No oil change, sorry.
Fixed it, thank you.

👍 TY Mr.B! No apologies please! :)
In testing of all of my 500pp cars at Midfield, it was faster than it's bigger brother the Z34 370, but I found the 370 more fun. Only 3 other FR cars were faster than the Z33, and 2 are not surprises. The other however............

Grand Valley East Reverse Lap Times

All cars tested at 450pp on Sports Hard Tires, ABS 1 only, Grip set to REAL. 5 laps only, no more, no less!
Tested as the tune is listed, a few did need a final gear adjustment, but only one car was truly built specifically for this track. All other tunes were tuned and tested at other tracks!

Will check that out and see what's wrong thanks.:)

Muscle cars are different to an extent, you have to expect raw power and the presence of the rear sliding on throttle if you mash it. Get it right, and they are fun though.:D

to use my mothertongue: you have to drive them "mit Gefühl" (translation : with feeling?)

I drive on ds3 with all aids off (except abs1, sometimes g27 with fanatec wheelstand)
and still your cars are a joy to drive... the old (race) cars are sometimes a challange and not competetive,
but... what a sound, what a sensation!

The Classic Muscle Cars are heavy and lack the grip most of the newer cars have, it is my belief that PD modeled most of them on bias ply tires. Take a Nova to photo mode and have a look, those tires have more sidewall give and therefore cause more sliding and lack of grip. The 69 Z28 however, seems to have been modeled with radial tires as it has much more grip and better handling than the 69 SS Camaro. May just be me, but that is how I look at it and cannot expect them to be competitive with newer cars. But they can be fun to throw around and for use offline.

I also use a DS3, ABS 1 only. Unfortunately, no wheel for me.:(

Hi,

The pp numbers match with oilchange, the hp dont't. But i always concentrate on the pp numbers...

You and hami tought me to appreciate the driving sensation of musclecars...

All the best, Steef
Just checked, and that Z06 is supposed to get an oil change. But, I have 550pp, 504hp, 95.5 power limiter with all standard power parts.

The oil change is what messes up most of the time. Normally I don't change the oil so when posting, I say no out of habit. Very rare that I do change it and try to give myself reminders but I still sometimes mess up.

The GT300 BRZ was a request tune built to max power, so yes on an oil change for the one, I will fix.

Pretty sure the 458 has NO oil change.

I like tunes with oil change, but with a little power limiter, so when i use the tune (i don't even think in cars anymore... lol) i can easy get to the desired pp level... but i can achive that with a oil change anyway...but pleeese , this is nit-picking... (from my side)

Not a problem at all, just explaining how things get messed up on my end. I do try to be accurate and appreciate you pointing errors out.:)
Because I run in FITT challenges where Oil Changes are banned, I try not to do them. But when I do, it gets confusing sometimes.:ouch:
