I'm liking the feedback. 👍 I was feeling bit intimidated by all the additions to the game I've been hearing about.
Nicely done. I still suck at Free-for-All, even on CoD4.
Well the additions fit in very naturally in my opinion. 80% of the game is the same. Some players might think that it's overloaded at the beginning, because they don't know the levels.
I mean, there are two different helicopters, the gunship, harrier , B2 bombers and the predator missile. When your enemy uses them - they are basically all the same for you - a possible death from above. They all vary in their level of danger, making the game more interesting, not really that much more complex.
And using those weapons is simply aswell. Either just activate them or pilot them, just like it that famous single player campaign of COD4.
That's about the difference, well there is the sentry gun, pretty much just another ( rather untalented ) camper

.
The rest of the additions are again just evolution you'd expect. Better and more weapon upgrades, a little more customization here and there.
So far it seems to be perfectly balanced.
As for Free-for-all. You don't have many options as level 1 player and it is a nice way to learn the maps and tune up your weapons.
I also played a little ground war and S&D yesterday. No complaints aside from the missing party chat feature in most game modes.
I understand why they did it, yet I don't like that at all.
Nice work. I am suffering insta-jealous.
For the first month and a half (till christmas) I will be playing on the good ol SD TV but for Xmas I am getting a 21-24 inch full HD monitor

.
That should give you a good boost for improving your stats. You might also want to consider a dolby 5.1 sound system for directional sound. Helps a lot and it doesn't matter how cheap it is as long as it is true dolby sourround.
