I only recently bought MW2 for PS3. One thing I find incredibly annoying is that - unlike World at War for example - you can't turn the damn soundtrack music off. That's beyond me, how can they be so dumb to ignore such a simple basic feature? It just reinforces my opinion that videogames developers are crazy nuts... :grumpy: 👎
 
Count me in as well. We need to PM the regulars from this thread though. We'll never get enough people otherwise.

If by some massively ridiculous stroke of luck you land one or more of the big Hupiteers (Woody, Sasben, Wings, TmarTn etc) count me in. I'd put up with a 1-bar if it meant playing with/against those guys :lol:

As much as I would love to show how epic I am with one bar (I am looking at you A6) I sold my game to a friend who wanted it desperately. Was a quick 40 bucks but yes, a few times this situation has come along and I have had to say no :(.

Doesn't matter an awful lot though as I barely play cod as it is, I am pretty over the whole scene now and with hacking added on top of that there seems to be no point.

Those guys are more interested in getting youtube games than having fun. Besides I don't think either of them play on PS3 much at all.

I'd be down with the plan if I'm on, depending on the day/time. I've got a crappy cold so fine motor skills and quick reactions are not my best attributes.
 
Awww I'm a regular on this, I feel kinda fuzzy inside. Anyway I can't make it because my PS3 got the YLOD a couple of weeks back.
 
Hm. I want to join in but 1) I dunno what level I am in MW2 now (46 second prestige I think?) and as such have nfi what classes I have and 2) I don't think I could deal with a 1-bar. A 1 or 2 bar is fine for BO zombies, but not MW2 :irked:
 
Its not like your K/D would go down in a private game. lol.
 
lol. My K/D in MW2 is low enough anyway! :lol: Even so, going 1-20 or whatever would happen is no fun, private game or not.
 
Hmm. I could consider it even though I haven't played CoD in months, period. BO turned me off so much from the franchise that I've just kind of not played. Period.

But I'd consider a private lobby, maybe. Is the hacking really that bad at the moment :lol:

That may be part of it, though I think it would be fun to get a dozen of us together and play in a private match, except for the part where my skills have probably diminished to sheep status since I have not been playing FPS.

Are you talking to tonight? If so, I will still be at the bar with friends during my weekly Thirsty Thursday ritual.
 
10pm EST on a Friday or Saturday I think would probably be best for most people.
 
10pm EST should be good for me, I think it's 4pm NZDT.
 
I think we should try for next week maybe? It would give us more time to be ready and maybe find more people. How many do we have now?
 
This week or the next, Friday would be excellent for me. Saturdays, probable at best..... I will do my best.

And don't worry about being rusty. I will take up to two matches trying figure out how to go prone. :lol:
