It's a shame that everyone plays the PS3 version. I'd love to have a game with some GTP'ers but I have an XBOX.

Incidentally, I've just ordered the Prestige Edition. Can't wait to turn all the lights of and freak my gf out using the awesome night vision goggles!!

I just fixed my headset. I'm so happy. I was about to go buy a new one but it turns out somehow my wires got messed up.
 
Man, I may just sign on for this but I haven't play a CoD in several months, and MW2 in like a year. So I'll probably be a rusty noob.

Ruination666-guy, I'm still trying to get him. Time difference thing really sucks. Let's hope TheCracker & Aldo can still make it for some of the matches.

I wouldn't worry about the rust, guys. I didn't play for months, and when I popped in for couple of matches, I had to laugh at myself for few minutes, but they sort of came back, eventually. :lol: It looked like it was moving faster than CoD4 though, maybe it was just me. Looking forward to seeing you guys tonight. 👍

Well, all kinds of memories of me raging at all the things the designers didn't think came flooding back.

That aside, fun times were had, despite some moments of frustration (yay latency) and one bright moment of me throwing a fit :lol:

Also, the UMP is stupid. So is Ninja Pro in small games.

Pfft. Get on my 1-bar level, sucker :lol:

I was leading that Rust FFA at one point, and all I was using were akimbo UMPs (admittedly with Steady Aim, but the hipfire spread is still huge) and the AA-12 on occasion... not bad for 300ms+ ping :cool:

Well, we didn't have enough players really, but we still had some fun with the RPDs & claymores free-for-all's & team deathmatches. I'd be up for this again in the near future! 👍

I said I was going to be rusty. I just didn't know how much. :lol: I got owned by everybody. I'm pretty sure I had more deaths than everyone. :ouch: :lol:

It was about £70. I think they were over £150 new so a bargain. :)
 
I could have coughed and hacked in your general direction and given you a few more deaths.

It was fun though. Just talking shop, cracking jokes, making fun of Sharky's accent... :p We had fun. I'm just sorry I didn't get more claymore kills. Huh?

We were all so rusty though, it is hard to believe that this group featured five members of the North American [GTP] team, which went undefeated. Azuremen, myself, Forza/Icarus, Vash/Brett, Rabia/Weiner. Friday night resembled more along the lines of fat men playing(or trying to play lol) pick up basketball game. :lol:
 
It was not good. I had to move the sensitivity on the controls down at least one level, maybe two. I also had to flip crouching to the right control stick because I had made that change in BO.
 
First game on Invasion was really bad for me. Longer distance fire fight, I lost most of them. My aim was so off, I aimed at a lot of thing that wasn't the target. :lol: I finally got some kills later, but with AA12, working in & out of one of the buildings.

P.S. I'm pretty sure most of my deaths that night came from you, Brett!

That is because I was using a 4 year old bluetooth headset that sat in a car for 2 of those years forgotten. Or that your internet is likely powered by sheep on treadmills, I dunno.

Just wish the game wasn't so broken; and I mean both in regards to the hacking and balance behind the guns and perks.

I killed you quite a few times with Akimbo USP45s. Those things are just awesome.
