Friday or saturday you guys decide. I think A6 said friday worked better for him. I don't mind either.

I downloaded the patch tonight but didn't play any games. It was only 17mb I think. I did get on and have a look at my stats and my classes though. It took me a second to realize WTF I had my classes set to and why.
 
Try having ten classes. I honestly can't even remember what I was doing half the time, and I have the most random things unlocked. For example, everything on the Vector is unlocked, but nothing on any other SMG.

And if I get a nuke again, I just win at life :lol: Or at least remembering how to play this game.
 
I was shocked the other day on this Prestige that the only LMG I have anything unlocked for is the L86. A6's use of the RPD inspired me to use the weapon. I go to equip the weapon and find out I had not used it at all on my last Prestige. :ouch:
 
I have 7 classes I think. Two of them were snipers and two of them had OMA but only one of those had a tube on it.

Friday night works better for me, but I think I'll be OK on Saturday as well. But Friday works better......

I was shocked the other day on this Prestige that the only LMG I have anything unlocked for is the L86. A6's use of the RPD inspired me to use the weapon. I go to equip the weapon and find out I had not used it at all on my last Prestige. :ouch:

Me and Azure had pretty decent night, but other players were mediocre at best. One team was pretty good earlier, but I had to bail, as everything started jumping around. I thought somebody had lag switch, but I guess it was my internet. Azuremen didn't notice anything. :p

Two memorable moments for me.

1) My buddy joined us for a couple. He's not very great. :p Anyway, first lobby, kids start calling him names. :lol: Game start, we destroyed them. They reached 4000, if they were lucky. :sly:

2) Terminal. Game start, I take out one of them with my ACR. Second one? Danger Close noob tube. Of course, it prompted me to bring out my DC-set up. I blew up that same guy, three times in a row. :lol: Game winning kill? Noob tube. Somebody on the other team whined, but if you don't like it, don't bring it out!

I played solo for a couple hours tonight. It took me a couple games to get my aim right but everything else was fine.

I'm pretty sure I'm not gonna get any sleep tonight, so I don't think I'll be able to make it tomorrow night(....zzzzzzzzzzzzz).
 
Off topic, bro. Off topic. I have some relatives in Fukushima, one of the affected prefecture. Their tsunami was reportedly 20cm. Mere few inches, so I'm not worried about them. I'm sure I'll hear some stories tomorrow though.
 
All the hacking of MW2 obviously put one hell of a strain on the servers becasue I had 10+ games in a row last night with no server issues at all, something I couldn't do since the first few days of the 2nd patch or so!

Good times with the MG4 and a Single 1887!
 
I mostly used the M4 tonight. The famas is still pretty good but I can't wait to take off the tube once I get the shotgun again. I'm using OMA but the hit markers are brutal. I got two in a row on the same guy earlier.
 
Had a good game on Rust yesterday. Using a light machine gun I was crouched in the corner under the big piping when a guy comes runnnig round the corner at me. I let rip on him just as 3 of his team mates come running in right behind him. Stopping power and FMJ FTW!!! MULTI KILL!!!
 
IMO, the M4A1 is THE most versatile weapon in the game. You could use any of the attachments with that puppy and use it well. I must have 4+ classes of the M4.

I've an Overused one (Red Dot), used in Search and Smaller maps in objective games
A silenced + heartbeat (cold blooded and ninja) for losing S&D games
FMJ and scavenger for longer maps, FMJ helping with close range encounters of opposing teams or popping claymores through walls.
I sometimes use my Thermal one too, but thats only on the good days lol.

Its just a shame so many guns are still iffy, the MG4, M240 and the M9 still have the silencer glitches and the MG4's Ironsights arent aligned right meaning an optic is nearly always needed unless your sweaty.

But yeah, the game feels brand new again, no issues, no "How the hell did he..." deaths. Very happy :) Cant wait to get home now lol
 
Actually I had a WTF moment earlier. I was playing on that map with the broken up planes and I ran through the middle plane passed a friendly claymore which killed me. Not sure what the deal with that is but I'm sure I saw the faction flag on top of it marking it as being from my team.
 
Did you see the killfeed if it was just the claymore symbol and your name?

If not, sounds to me like someone shot it through the metal and you where in the wrong place at the wrong time :(
 
Could be? The game ended right after and I didn't get to figure it out. At first I thought maybe there was a second claymore but that seems unlikely.

During GTPs private match last week?, I threw the M4A1 into a class to try something different and it worked quite nicely.
 
Yeah, I think its one of the few weapons that doesn't need stopping power. I was using it with danger close noob tubes last night going for the masterkey attachment and it was still capable of dropping people pretty quickly.

I've heard MW2 has been patched, for the hacking i presume. Has anything else been altered?
 
The glitch rock in Fuel will kill you if you try and get inside.

As soon as you look as if your getting in, you die. Thats all there was to it, but the difference the anti hacking has done has to be seen to be believed.
 
Yeah I don't think I found any hacked games. I was only in 3-4 different lobbies over the few hours I played but everything seemed normal.
 
I don't think I can join up with the crew. I lack the first map pack, and I couldn't find a game to save my life in about 15-20 minutes of trying last night. I went and joined T_A in a lobby but it was one of the maps I don't have so I got kicked out when it started. I'll probably just cause frustration trying to find games with the group.
 
I just played three, maybe four games, and my reflexes are a bit slow. My aim is also a bit off, so that only compounds my issues. Just need a bit more practice to knock the rust off.
