I keep forgetting to ask about this one, it used to be one of my favorite perks: Bandolier. Do you have to prestige to get it or something? Did they get rid of it?

I found the hardest thing to adjust to is the Gun/Perk combo, it's all changed so much I don't dare venture away from Stopping Power Pro and Steady Aim Pro. I've always used them in COD4 and it worked for me then so it can work for me now.

Stopping power, yes. My first perk is now either Marathon-Pro, or the Bling-Pro. On the third perk though, mine's almost always Ninja-Pro. In CoD4, I mainly used deep impact or extreme conditioning here. I'd recommend trying different weapons & perks. It has helped me quite a bit!

There is the extended mags, but I'm pretty sure scavenger pro gives you more ammo in the clip and lets you pick up, could be wrong though since I only have a few hours play time with it seeing as I don't own it yet.

I used that thing, I think on the pimpin' 2000 machine gun pistol? I didn't even notice the difference.

More in the clip would be the extended mags. I don't know if Scavenger let you carry extra clips. If that was the case, I might start using it. Heck, I might start using it, just to level up faster.

I leveled up at a pretty nice pace, because I tried every perks & weapons on XBL. Now I'm on PSN, I already know what I like & don't like, so I've been just using what works, but no extra points toward the level up!

I already have given MW2 a go, and seen most if not all of the maps. I'll probably use stopping power until I unlock whichever one it is which makes you invisible, combined with a silenced weapon. Cold blooded perhaps? Probably Bling as well and then Ninja or Commando to finish it off. With Stopping Power I'll try use Steady Aim when I can.

That is IF I end up getting it, aparently more friends then I realised have Uncharted 2, so I may go for that instead but I'm unsure, may not even have the cash yet.

Marathon-Pro/Coldblooded-Pro/Ninja-Pro. I use it with the silenced P90 or M4, depending on the map. 👍

By loadout, do you mean extra clips?

Yeah.

Scavenger Pro + Extended Mags would be an interesting combo to try out with an LMG/SMG (or anything with a high rate of fire), with Extended Mags roughly doubling magazine size and Scavenger increasing total ammo. You could sprayfire until the cows come home and barely have to worry about reloading or running out of ammo.

Ohh, I might try that out too. I use the extended mags with my PP-2000 on my sniping class. It is good becuse it gets you more kills without reloading, if you are being infiltrated it might just get you out of the sticky situation.

In a close encounter, I almost never lose a one-on-one with that gun, and I'm horrible at one-on-one situations. Have you guys tried it?

Nope, the range is nothing and I really dont like the feel of an auto shot gun. I am sorry but when I see someone using it I just think noob most of the time, I would MUCH prefer my spas 12. The only problem with the spas 12 is that if you miss a bit it has a delay till the next shot and it cant kill pain killer even when fired in front of my face.

You know how they patched the 1887's? Put bling on them.....it does something to where the patch isn't effective when they have bling so they are right back to the way they were with it

On a funny side note, I am playing on the 360 and the other day someone gave me negative rep after a match (I only have 4 negative reviews thus far so I know for certain the review resulted from this game). Anyway this individual decided to avoid me because I displayed "aggressive behavior." In a game that simulates warfare apparently I was too aggressive . Once again, simulated murder though battle = too aggressive . That just kills me .

I use the AA12, I don't care if someone calls me a "n00b" or not, if using a gun that IW put in the game makes me this or that then I guess I'm whatever they are calling me. I bet my KD ratio is higher than the person calling me that though I like it as my 2nd just because I equip it when going into tight areas like entering and exiting buildings etc. Just because its full auto doesn't mean I just spray and spray, you only have to hit one time to kill with it.

Thank you, someone found that useful! I really enjoy finding glitches in games as much as I do playing them. I understand how games are put together as far as coding and mapping and such so finding glitches isn't hard sometimes, just have to understand how its put together so you know what to look for, hence why I'm a part of mapmonkeys.com. If anyone is interested in looking for glitches and doesn't know exactly where to start just PM me and I will help out as much as possible:tup: I like the under maps and all but I don't use them in ranked, I will use out of map ones to snipe in HC sometimes though so I will admit that. Dummy glitches were some of my favorites to do in COD4, unfair....very. The whole negative feedback on 360 doesn't even effect you so I really don't care. All of my negative is for the same reason, too aggressive. I am the person who rushes the other team and is running around knifing all of the campers, brings me great joy

I do this occasionally, too. Not so much campers, but snipers. They are so occupied with their scopes, if I find a group of them in one area, they won't even notice until 2, 3 of them have been taken down. I've started shooting their guys with my non-silenced UMP, and other dudes are still too busy looking into their scopes to be bothered.

I dont really spray my guns but the game winning kill might show one or two extra bullets come from my gun, those are either from me holding it down too long or just safety bullets to make sure the enemy dies.

SoH Pro makes it possible for me to use my M21 with a normal scope on short range maps, I love it! Currently M21 with an M1014.

The patch was actually a patch, no BS there. The range was cut drastically on the 1887, power is the same but range was cut. Thats not saying a shot couldn't be pulled off from the same distance, factors like the perks you are using, mode you are playing, and a little bit of luck play into that factor.

I am not playing on LEGION138 currently due to my breakbox360 still being in the pawn shop My daughters school supplies were a little more important this year:tup: I have another one on the way from ebay with the RROD that I will have fixed in a whopping 30 mins though. also got MW2 with my paypal, which I call free money because I sell stuff I get for free on ebay and get money in my paypal in exchange. I will still be using my GT on XBL when I either get mine out of the pawn or the RROD one, which ever comes first:tup: I do know that in the few hours I played on my mates I ranked him up more than a few. Its funny cause the last 3 COD's that have been out he has gotten about 1-2 months before me and ranked all the way up and I start from scratch and just rape him, he is horrible at FPS's though. I think I might sell MW2 and GTA IV Special Edition to make enough money for a racing wheel for GT5. It was 3 nice weeks I had without my PS3, I plug it in, pop in MW2 and now I'm ragequitting. This game does get ****ing boring and I don't need this **** stress in my life, really. I'm getting rid of it.

Not boring or anything, but I did get there with the CoD4. If you can quit, you are better man than I. Why stress though, you are so frickin' good at the game. Not tonight, of course. But I was coming out barely ahead myself!

After you left, I went into the right lobby though. 29-13 or something, I don't remember because the next game was 29-3!

I got the game at midnight launch. I've had it for quite a while. I have 3 days of playtime logged in MW2, and around 13 days of playtime in CoD4. I think I know when it's time to quit.

GTA IV is such a beautiful game. When you see the details and everything, all the work they put into it.. and the physics engine.. it's amazing. Does it make it fun? Not really. But the multiplayer experience I had with that game was amazing. I got to meet a lot of great people and the clan matches were the most exciting I've ever had. GTA IV is one of those games where you can make out the good players from the bad players easily.

But this isn't the GTA IV thread, amirite?

Fair enough. My favorite one of all-time was the three dudes with Stingers out in Wasteland. I sneak up, and kill these three snipers by the cemetery, right? I proceed and those guys are coming back towards where I just wasted them. I'm thinking I'm dead, then, those guys settle by that little building they liked to snipe from the roof sometimes? They start waving their Stingers at the sky. I got them all again.
