Car Spinning Glitch Video!

in arcade mode if i get a class "s" car when i come to a complete stop rev up the engine and press left and right my car starts spinning..................................why?

I haven't loaded it up and checked it out yet, so this is a pretty uninformed idea, but I'm willing to bet that that was an intentional thing that was added there, and in similar situations so that if people got stuck, it was easier to escape. I'm going to check it out later though, might be a one time thing.

I'm not sure if it's the same thing, but I was using the Escudo on Seattle Track II once, and I tried turning real sharp when I wasn;t moving, and it was like someone was holding my car with their hand and spinning it around real fast. It was just doing 360's in the same spot...

It ahppens to me all the time for some reason.......? very wierd..

Maybe it has something to do with the "driver assist" settings, or whatever they are called. In the options, under the steering wheel settings...

I have ATV (all terrain vehicle) and when i just turn wheels right or left and add throttle enough (on ice or snow) it spins 360 or more cause of 4WD and it spins on its center axle

I know how to recreate this glitch. Go into 2 player mode with any car you want on any track you feel like. Have 2nd player drive straight into a wall and keep holding "x" so they aren't moving but are accelerating towards the wall. (Rubbing it head on) Now have 1st player hold square (normal brake, not e-brake) and left at the same time. the 1st players car will spin on its axis. Hope this helped!

It's happened to me with the Esperante in Monaco, twice while doing the Mistral 78 lapper.

Also, once while doing a pro arcade race I once saw an Esperante stop dead in its tracks on the 2nd turn (after the hill) he was kind of squeezed into the barrier inside by a GTS-R Oreca, yes, but still his car just stopped on the spot, me and a couple other cars could do nothing but slam into his rear end.

He did actually add to the discussion on this one, which is fine. But yes, the other thread was pointless. There's no point in dragging up ancient threads for the sheer joy of dragging them up. So please don't.

I told you guys about this a long time ago... i even drew a diagram in paint for it. I found it within the first few days of playing gt when i was messing around in 2p mode by myself.
