Mine is a gift from my wife, she made a painting of a scene from the movie for me.

.

Love the artwork Bro.

My cousin has a brand she's working on called "Food for Wolves" making jewelry and clothes. She's very very creative and spiritually aware person. Likes making art from natural things she finds in the woods

She likes Wolves a lot obviously lol

Morning session before I head out for a little snow run got about 10cm hit the ground over night I'm fixing to head out. But let me get a quick race in :D

Driving in SR.C was a lot of fun last night. Nobody complains when you drive 'hard' back and leave them at the side of the road a few turns later. Except one who I clipped accidentally in T1 using my fast brake point while not compensating for earlier braking contestants. I got a meaningless 3 sec penalty (still blue, didn't effect my 3rd place finish at all) and he rightfully called me dirty after the race. I would have done the same as it was a hit and run. However I explained what I was doing in private messages, apologized, we got talking about the game when we both got disconnected for the next race, friend request received and accepted. All good. So next race I was more careful not to hit innocent bystanders and ended up with two unfair penalties and sand in all my cracks.... This game lol :banghead:

I made it back to DR.B again, 25 SR. No wins, a bunch of fastest laps instead. The race is too short and fast people are around at any level to run out in front while the rest is in eachother's way. Perhaps today, some time the front will screw up the bus stop.

Yuuuup I splattered myself into a wall full tilt. Nicked one side and BANG hit the other side dead stop. My eyeballs hit the visor, lungs out the mouth and shhhhh one rubbed out ;) I had a 3 second lead but still finished on the podium :D

Boi am I glad this is a game lol

Wish I could lol post instead of just "like"

@Sven Jurgens

I'm having the same problem in Daily A T1 and last turn too. I'm holding 3rd gear and more spead on both corners, only braking gently but decelerating further out (as I learned by watching @Pigems vid:D). This method will carry more speed through the corner but cars in front are braking 50+ meters after me and dropping to 2nd, as are cars behind. So if I race using my Q Lap method I'm being hit from behind by guys who are leaving it later to ease up but then slamming on, and likewise I'm hitting guys in front who ease up later but carry less speed in the corner. Effectively I've got to race using their brake and gearing method in order to avoid incident. I've only been able to fit in 3 races so far, starting 3rd and 4th, passing cars ahead and getting up to 1st place rear bumper. However on both races I finished 2nd behind the same driver because on the final turn of laps 8 & 9 he slowed so dramatically compared to me it fouled my momentum and then he pulled away on the straight. If he did it intentionally it was a clever block but I think it was just his style differed to mine.

Yup you can't run your Q time line until you get the lead and even then sometimes you need to get a little gap to allow you to run your Q time line. ..

This is where some issue revolve. Super fast TT drivers but low racing experience has them confused and mad. Why this guy getting in my line, he's not respecting the optimum or ideal racing line blah blah its about Track Position, that's the racing line and its not always on the optimum line.

Running in traffics a few times you get to know the crowds way around. I make a lot of overtakes following the line, braking early, and leaving the corner with more speed. Slow in fast out when lots of people like the fast in slow out for some reason.

This is a bit of a random post but I sometimes find myself wondering if I've joined the alien league.

Finally did a qs for Race B and came through with a time of 1:47.336 which I've discovered checking the overall times I'm only 3.0 seconds
off best time and didn't even realize it until I checked just now.

This week I've been privliged to watch my SR S Rating being rear ended and brake checked into SR B hell. That and my usual nudging into people who don't respect exit line rights finally added up.

My biggest penalty was some idiot on Maggiore's straight. Heading to turn 1 he hugs the middle of the road, so I take the outside line planning to late brake on the outside. Right as I start to brake he cuts in front of me and I ram him into the wall. I think I got a 5 second penalty from that one.

Meanwhile on Race C there was some brake checking goofball that just kept tagging me over and over, veering into my line and slamming the brakes during trail zones and other random spot. I don't even understand the point of that one. It tanked his SR from S to A and he didn't gain any positions out of the behavior. Between that A hole and the dive bombers on the hairpin before the bust stop chicane the race felt like bumper cars.

That's fine though, I don't see myself becoming any less aggressive soon so we'll see how badly this week spirals out of control.

@K3Tuning: Yeh, but the fast in fast out line is actually working in those corners. You are totally right. Adapt according to what is going on around. Also, be aware! I raced with a guy last night that was evenly paced with me. He was in 2nd & I was 3rd. There were a few occassions where I took a look, trying the long way around him on the last corner, taking a peek on the esses, but I think by the big "thanks" in chat he was seriously impressed by the end because at all times I never tried a dodgy move, took a look but backed off it was not going to work, gave him enough space to race, and when I finally took him it was because the pressure of me in the mirror forced a mistake on his side. Likewise, he never slammed the door and appreciated that I was racing and not ramming. GT Sport can be a truly brilliant game if guys drive with respect.

First race in two days... not a great welcome back. Started in s3cond behind a guy i know will give me a good solid race if we can escape all the green flags and red connection. No such luck for me. Pushed on my rear through the esses and ended up in the grass. Fortunately i didn't loose much speed or time and got 2 back at the last turn of the lap. Spent three laps making up time on the leader till from nearly a second back a fellow canadian with a red connection torpedoed me in the last turn. I only lost two spots and was right behind but got a 5 second penalty somehow. The rest of the race was not to bad couldn't pass but the jackass fell to more than 5 sec behind. Finished 4...

Second race gave me pole after disconnecting the guy i know who had it in the first race. Lead a few laps with a green flag making up some serious time after he got away from the crowd. I tried to give him the signal to pass, just not in the mood to have another race ruined already, accidentally hit 4 ways not the turn signal. I went slow inside so he could just go around me, but he didn't. In the name of safety i gave before turn 1 and followed him for the rest of the race. I had a few chances and i almost got him, but in the end it was a three star 2nd... proof though that you can have a great race against a green flag. He even said incredible race in the post race chat.

Deadly is the Viper. Peering from it's coil. The poison there is coming to a boil! Race B at Dodge city. I couldn't beat my NSX time yesterday with the plastic fantastic from GM, but I did manage tonight with some Mopar madness. That had me starting in P3/on a grid of DR/Ds. The Viper was much easier to chuck around than the 'vette. I found myself for the first time in a while where there was one car that seemed to be popular... yeh, bloody road roach .

The dash for crash into the first chicane was reasonably under control, but I was cursing P2 for holding me up because I had the line for threading the needle at full song, but I had to back off to avoid a collision, which allowed the two cars behind me to get right up my arse. P2 again ruined my rhythm, and the other two careened through. I hung in there and second time around the corner before the bus stop one of them screwed up and hit the wall, the other one got confused and I sailed through the ghost . I didn't get slowed down but I did see an orange SR :nervous:.

I was hanging on to P3 comfortably heading into the bus stop at the end of lap 3. I had been nailing it lap after lap during qualifying.. but no, I have to slam into the inside wall of the exit, spinning me out and dropping me from P3 to P11. I limped home P10. Dropped 1 SR and 275 DR.

Hacked off at my own stupidity, I went again. Started P5/15 on a mixed grid of DR/C and D.

Similar happenings at the beginning, then it turned into mass confusion and I gained and lost positions every few seconds it seemed till I managed to break away and get up to P4. Final lap and again I screw up the bus stop all by my self :banghead:. I finished P8.

SR up 2, DR up 30 odd. will probably try the 626 tomorrow. Another day above DR 1 .

Yep and it doesn't matter what end of the spectrum you're at. I had 1:45 qualy times on pole in D/E.

I kinda figured that one out already ;) :)
It makes for interesting reading anyway !!

I normally race around noon or in the afternoon EST.

You're probably find out that it starts to deteriorate from 3pm onwards when the schools go out. Noon is usually clean.

Racing in traffic is always tricky. You might have an early braker in front of you and a late braker behind. Hence the best advise is to always brake out of the slipstream of the car ahead, going slightly to the inside or outside (if the car ahead is defending the inside). With a bit of luck the late braker behind you will out brake, shoot past and take out the early braker in front of you and you can pass them both, often through the gap that magically appears after their collision. Orchestrating these kind of moves is my favorite lol.

Daily C Suzuka max SR test.

11:30 AM race, 12 entries, 4 laggy South Americans, semi fast guy on pole. (2:02 quali time)

Decisions, decisions, do I go for a no stop with extreme fuel saving and safety or go for it. Extreme fuel saving is slow, I don't like slow. Plus I started 11th in front of an E/C driver. Can't trust that. So full speed, or not. I pass a car going off in T1 already all by himself yet then get stuck behind 2 battling Brazilians. One goes off, now it's worse and I'm in between the 2 Brazilians. The one if front brakes for the slight left to the chicane, I was prepared for that and overtake on the straight to the chicane. The Brazilian says no and bumps me off the road while I'm passing. He doesn't get a penalty of course, luckily I don't get SR Down either and it's still far enough before the braking zone to get the car back on the road and safely make the turn with SR up for the sector.

So no passing then, clean race bonus is the goal. Stuck between the two Brazilians is nerve wrecking, especially now the front Brazilian is getting stuck behind an even slower American dragging lap times down to 2:09, 2:10. I'm not even pressing the bloody gas pedal for half the lap. Screw this, pit in lap 3, full tank, I can easily make 7 laps with a bit of short shifting.

I'm last of course at this point. The dirty Brazilian does an early pit in lap 4 frustrated by the slow American I bet. I'm already 7 seconds ahead of him when he comes out of the pit. Then the rest of the field pits in lap 5 and I move up to second. I open up the gas a bit in lap 7 to set the fastest lap, 2:03, the leaser is slow in the race. However the 15 sec I lost in the first 3 laps is still 5 sec by the time we get to the finish. Stretching the fuel for 7 laps does take some speed. 2nd place finish, fastest lap, clean race bonus, +42 SR.

To recap:

Suzuka SR.E (01) clean race: +60 SR (x 2.83)
Suzuka SR.C (25) clean race: +42 SR (x 2.0)
Suzuka SR.B (51) clean race: +21 SR (x 1.0)

DT SR.E (01) clean race: +17 SR (x 2.83)
DT:SR.S (85) clean race: +6 SR (x 1.0)

On to racing DT in SR.A
And back to SR.B already, SR.A is so dirty.

@Sven Jurgens As far as you know, does finish position have anything to do with SR?

Raced a couple of times at Suzuka last night. I was planning on racing from the back all week there, but Tuesday in the pre-race, I didn't reset in time and went over the line and set a Q time. (2:04.1) which started me at the same spot I would have had with no Q probably. Since it was up, I ran some laps in a bunch of cars. Did a 2:02.3 in the Lexus and the Aston. Aston was a tick slower, but much easier to be consistent so I raced that. I also liked the Bug, and the 911 was good. My time grided me 3rd, and I got away clean with P2. We had an excellent first 3 laps, with a couple clean position changes, but I started getting pressure from 3rd as we started lap 4. I got a run on P2 coming out of the esses and got too close going into Degner...I missed the turn in and hit the sand. Dropped a bunch of positions, fought for traction with dirty tires so I decided to pit on L4. Needed almost a full tank to make it to the end. Came out and worked my way up to 5th by the end. The guy I was racing in the beginning finished 2nd,:banghead:

Maybe I should take a Valium before I race...I think I'll try some more cars in B and C tonight and see if I can put down some faster laps. I'll have to buy the Veyron to try in B. Any car suggestions for either race??

On the topic of "dirty" drivers, I think what a lot of people would consider dirty, and what we ALL hate is the person who completely rages out a smashes into you full force.

If we're talking hard drivers, I fight fire with fire. ALWAYS. Never let something go unanswered. it sends a message that the aggressor is risking getting themselves wrecked as well.

@Sven Jurgens As far as you know, does finish position have anything to do with SR?

Finishing position has absolutely nothing to do with SR. You can start last, stay last, and get a clean race bonus, and improve your SR.

However, losing SR will affect DR. You can win a races, but if your SR is low, you will hit a DR plateau. DR will also drop if you maintain a low SR.

Every time I get a better exit out of the bus stop the car in front either swerve blocks in the tunnel or rams me. I push back now and of course get a penalty. I don't care, SR.C now. The idiots need to learn ramming is not defending. I hit back now, ratings mean nothing! Another fastest lap! 29 SR left, got to spend some on 'education'

No. Only if you don't finish the race you miss the SR up for the sectors you did not complete.

And back to SR.B already, SR.A is so dirty.

I said this quite a few pages back... people on here say that the higher SR rating racers are cleaner and the races are better. That can't be further from the truth, every level of racing in these public lobbies is dirty, the higher lever racers just know how to abuse it better. It's better than Forza but every race has at least half the field racing like complete trash.

I get too frustrated to do it, I play one night and have some great races, next day I am excited to play and after a half hour or so of getting murdered I turn it off and don't have the urge to play again for a week or so.

I'm starting to feel that way myself. After almost getting a DR reset a few weeks ago I worried about it and worked my SR back up, driving extra clean, and taking a lot of crap. What did it get me? I'm still DR-B, but can't seem to break through a 22K ceiling. I usually get gridded 4th to 12th with my Q times, and haven't even sniffed a podium in a while (though I had 1 or 2 opportunities). There are almost always people in my races that qualify within a second of the top regional times, and I can't hang with them usually. And the worst? The SR-S rooms don't seem to be any cleaner than the rooms I hit on the way back from SR-D, but the drivers are better at gaming the system. I get tired of being used as a berm, which spoils my race, but lets the dirty person go through the middle of the corner 1/2 second faster than they would without me to bounce off of, and I get SR down on top of it? I may have to start keeping notes, and using payback as a way of getting more wins. See how they like it.
