Like I reported earlier, at the time I had seen two drivers do the no stop. I ended up seeing a few others after that too. From what I saw they were running laps around the late 1.33 range, but I ccouldnt be sure what engine settings they were using.

No pit on the 13 lapper? I was out of fuel by lap 8!

Yep 13 lapper, I only can manage until 11 lap lol

Who was the SS player? For most people no pitstop was a no go yesterday. What lap times did he run doing this also and his overall time?

SoooozoooGT if I not wrong, well on Daily race C yesterday only him doing that. After look the replay, his fuel empty right in front of finish and he's really stable on every race

no that I accuse him for something first, I only want to know what better fuel map setup to be like that.

Yes I don't know what fuel map he ran, can't be too low though setting that overall time, maybe he kept switching, down in the tight stuff and up in the straights, although I'd expect his fast lap to maybe be a bit quicker if he did that, so I'm not sure. He did well not spinning with worn tyres though that's for sure.

I also ran faster than that from pole to win with a pit stop, if he also went from pole I'd say maybe he'd a run a similar time stopping anyway. I've no doubt a proper fast guy could go under 20:30 starting at the front with a stop.

Late 1.33 is super fast especially in the last few laps, given tyre wear for 13 laps and need to heavily manage fuel map or aggressively short shift.

I had my best Sport Mode session so far last night, with the AMG GT in the daily C races at Interlagos. Qualified at 1:31.815, within a second of top 10, which is unusually close for me. I'm pretty comfortable with Interlagos since participating in GTP WRS 10. :gtpflag:

In the first race, I started from P2, then accidentally skipped the tyre change in the pit. :banghead: Was struggling to keep it on track during the last few laps, lost a lot of time and finished 6th.

In the second race, started from pole, got T-boned in the first slow right-hander (apart from this, all races were mostly clean for me), dropped to 18th. After passing lots of cars on track and in the pit (fuel consumption seemed better than the 911 and other cars), managed to finish 3rd, in P2's slipstream. In the third race, started from P2 again and finished 2nd.

In the last race, started from pole again, and finally managed to set a comfortable gap to P2 from the first corner to finish. Failed to get fastest lap in this one, but picked up two of those as well in the previous races.

This was from mostly B/S with a few A/S in the first race, to about half of each in the last one. Gained almost 5000 DR points. I'm still B/S, but very close to DR A now.

Big Willow... what a freak show! I think there was a shortage of DR/Ds prepared to take it on in a Gr1, because I in a grid of 18 there was 2 Ds, 2 Cs, the rest Bs and As. Not all SR/S either. Anyone reading my earlier post would have known I like the radar, and can use it to get out of the way if I'm a back marker. Sadly the range is too short for Gr1. The guy in first suddenly appeared outta no where but made a clean pass. The guy in second was quite a fair bit back, but he also caught up to me unaware. Lucky he beeped me so I could pull over. Third and 4th I actually saw, but they seemed to have a hard time racing clean. I didn't get any time penalties, but did do a spot of rally a couple of times with no re-spawn. Finished with my SR in tact and 3 positions ahead of where I started. I'd call that a result! :D

Gr.3 at Interlagos yesterday was a blast yesterday!
Chose the Mercades for the night (could only run a 34’ and qualy) and did 4 straight races all night. Was with some pretty fast guys, I was running 33’s just had a blast! In all the races everyone was so clean! (Usually there was 1 or 2 people who ruin it)

Last race of the night, i started 16th, and finished first with a lot of clean people!

Literally just got shat on, first turn at Suzuka I brake and the car just kept going! So I’m last now, I can’t keep up with the pack because it feels like I’m racing on shredded tires! It’s like my 5-6th race so I know the feel of the car now. Penalties left and right because I can’t keep my car on the track. W T actual F.

Oh come on, I was looking for at least one good race for today. What a bummer.....and not even FIA races today!? :grumpy:

PD really needs to crawl out their holes and react to some of the communities feedback ASAP! (More races, more tracks, more variety, more....)
But we had this discussion too many times.... PD is just the worst when it comes to interaction with the community :irked:

Tptally agree. I'm hoping my poll will show them we have to expand daily races. Lately they have been so subpar (yesterday was pretty good tho).

try braking at the 100m sign and keep some throttle on. it's not the fastest way of setting up the corner but it's safe

There is something amiss here with the grip sometimes I'm sure. I was once more than a second a lap slower in one race compared to the other three or so I ran at Brands Hatch Indy (so under a minute a lap) in one of the one makes a while back, the car just would not turn or stop.

I've also had something a few times in Qualifying (whilst waiting for matching) where I feel something is not quite right (not as bad as above), even after hitting restart and I can't get much nearer than half a second or so of my best time, then when it joins the race I get the disconnection notice before it even gets to the warm up. It's not just once this has happened either, three times in the last two weeks alone.:ouch:

Then there is another thing I'm beginning to notice, lately sometimes in a race my connection drops to three bars (so yellow), yet more often than not I can lap better than average whilst it's like this but if it goes back to full I feel grip loss, mainly understeer but it could be a coincidence because of the tyre wear. Also of course all this is just feeling, there is no way to actually have proof of anything odd happening at all. :indiff:

So those coloured bars next to the country flag on the starting grid line up represent connection strength?

Yes although with regards to others, only them having 1bar so a red (or maybe 2, more of an orange but very rare anyway) is bad for you, as that's when they starting warping around the track and that's very off putting even if you don't make contact with them, which you usually do anyway. :ouch:

That wasn’t the problem, I braked, and carried on going. Maybe my pedals? As for the rest of the race lord only knows what happened there

Why do they insist on racing GR.1 cars on tracks that aren't meant to have cars that wide on it.

GR.1 really should be regulated to Maggiorre, Nurb GP & maybe Interlagos and Monza, but even those last 2 are a little narrow.

Big Willow might be sort've wide, but there is one decent racing line for the most part, and the track isn't well suited for GR.1.
I mean, racing GR.1 on Big Willow is like racing GR.3 on Horse Thief Mile, just don't do it.

to make SR down cause there are so many SR drivers with SR=99, no others apparent reasons...
