Too much hard work in the 650S. Throw it in the corners and it whips around, but getting up to speed is slow. The 86 was catching me easy.

Why not try asking? And you don't need to look back very far to find the information you want. You have a very odd attitude. Anyway, I'll help you out.

https://www.kudosprime.com/gts/events.php

There you go. Race A is the S660.

Enjoy.

Thats what I did post 3 posts above :p

I miss the times where I could come on here and check what the weekly races are. Now, nobody posts them anymore... :indiff:

Btw, Kudosprime or any other GT daily race site just updates them too late for me. So please dont jut post link to them guys.

So, why a weird attitude?
I dont want to look pages back in hope to find a post about the dailys. A few months back, there was always someone who posted them here (me included when I was at home to check). I just miss those times, thats all I said. ;)

edit: the guy who picks the weekly races should be replaced ASAP! I really wonder whats wrong with this dude...

That’s “sprint” in terms of format rather than pace, as you’ll be using Honda’s S660 kei car — although it gets a 182% power boost, to a heady 114hp.
Call me pedantic but that reads like it's running at 282% power.

*runs and hides*

No you didn't. This is your post. You don't ask any questions.

Just seemed like an odd way of trying to find something out. And your comment 'nobody posts them anymore' is patently untrue. At least three people have posted this weeks races and they are regularly discussed (this being the thread for it and all).

If you want to know something, just ask (and again, you didn't).

Bloody Suzuka again with Group 2s!
And a Tokyo route again. (Makes me wonder if half the PD team's idea of racing is racing souped-up GTRs on public roads at midnight.)
And Tsukuba again. This is getting really tired. I mean, I like the track, but the lack of variety in Weeklies is just dreary.

I'm thinking it may have to be Suzuka Gr.2 for me this week, if I'm going to have any chance of hanging onto my SR:S rating (which I had to build back up from E after a few awkward exchanges at Barcelona last week).

Okok, it wasnt a real question. But It shouldve been pretty obvious what I was looking for. ;)

And out of curiosity, I checked when the last post about the weeklys was. Saturday morning!
If I check on Monday morning whats the reset for this week, I shouldnt check back 2 days or several pages to find them. I know I'm impatient, but thats why I said "I miss the old days" because you knew, on monday morning you could check on here and find the dailys insantly.

From now on, I just wait until gtplanet has them updated. I just need the patience though :O

Is race c looking like a 1 stop or no stop strat?

I prefer races where everybody needs to pit.

How does kudos prime post them too late when this weeks dailies were posted there on like friday?

(Sorry for double post idk how to edit quotes in)

S660 at Tsukuba... funny races coming.
Not a fan of these Tokyo tracks, Gr.4 cars are not very interesting into fast corners, to many straights, and bumpy combo (not good to my new S fairplay class :D).

ps: Thanks to GTPlanet publishers (again), always an honor to illustrate an article

In the old days, the GT site had two months of dailies lined up - if you knew where to look - and that's where the third-party sites got their info. That seems to have stopped now, which is why the third party sites can no longer publish it.

Now I think they only become available on the Thursday/Friday before, and even then we only get tracks and car classes. It's not until they go live on the Monday that we see what the actual cars are if it's a one-make, along with some of the other details.

Of course the clocks have gone forward now for us, so my normal Monday morning routine is an hour later than usual - and the GTP article with the details in is an hour later accordingly!

(Sorry for double post idk how to edit quotes in)
With the Edit button. Hit "Reply", cut/copy the text in the reply box, go to your original post, hit "Edit", put the cursor at the end, paste.

Alternatively, use the multiquote features in the first place. Every time you hit "Reply" on a post, the post is added as a quote, in full, to the reply box. You can do that on multiple posts, then type your answers to each. You can also hit "+Quote" on each post to add them to a multiquote queue, and when you're done, click the "Insert Quotes" button below the reply box - which does the same thing.

You can also use the floating +Quote/Reply buttons to do the same with short sections of post. Highlight some of a post, then click the Reply button that appears next to the highlighted section to insert just that bit of the post as a properly formatted quote (+Quote does the same, but you'll then have to use the Insert Quotes function as above).

If you edit a post to include a new quote, or tag a new user, that user does not get notified - hence why you should use the multiquote/reply tools rather than editing.

Thanks. I didnt see his post until after my 1st or i would have used multi quote. Ive used enough forums thats i should have known to hit reply and copy and paste. Its early lol.

How do I turn the links in my signature into clickable words like you have in yours? It looks much cleaner that way. @Famine do you know how to do this?

I believe you use url instead of image and put the words in between

Code:
[Url=yourlinkhere]words[/url]

And for a clickable image you put the img code where "words" is.

Yours are clickable links :D

If you want to make them into just short words you can click on:

[url=your link here]Words[/url]

So for you that would be:

Haven't had that variant of Tokyo Expressway in a little while, so that's something different at least. Too bad it sucks for racing and is going to wreck people's DR and SR. It, like the other two, has been done a couple times before though.

There are so many possible combinations and they gravitate towards the same cars and tracks every single time. That interview question did absolutely nothing. I really don't understand why they're incapable of coming up with new ideas and have to recycle.

No point of complaining about this anymore though because, obviously, nothing is going to change. And at the end of the day, it's not that big of a deal; lobbies with people able to diversify are always an option.

Risk losing your Sport Mode player base with these repetitive combos if you want, PD. "Go off, I guess".

We had gr4 at this layout a few weeks ago. Maybe longer but definitely recently. And i hate it because its basically the 4C cup.

Does anybody just drive cars they like anymore?

Naw, I race to win, so I use the best tool for the job, there’s no sense trying to drive a nail with a screw driver. Plus, you can’t see your car in bumper cam anyways so it really makes no matter to me what I’m driving. :)

To each his own. i think its dumb to claim balance of power when all you see is 4c and lambo depending on the track because they are the best. Gr4 needs balancing imo. I prefer Gr3 in part because you see alot more diverse car choice. 911 excluded of course. I cant get down with bumper cam. Chase or cockpit.

Opinion: ABS and TCS should be the only assists allowed in sport mode.

I do, to an extent. I'll very rarely use the car being used by the top ten. But, at the same time, don't want to be left behind. As I'm considering a Porsche contract for the next FIA season, I'll probably use the Cayman for this weeks Gr.4 race. After all, I'm going to need as much practice as I can get on faster circuits.

I need as much practice as possible on all circuits, if I'm being completely honest . .

This week’s races look pretty fun, ngl. Probably gonna avoid Race B, though, if only because I’ve done it before and it’s just alright, nothing too great. But A and C look like they could be fun, especially with the idea of taking those high-downforce Gr.2 cars around Suzuka’s corners. And I don’t think I’ve driven the S660 much either, since its release, so I’m looking forward to trying it with the provided settings.

Totally agree except if cones also count as "assist". I like to use cones sometimes when I'm not 100% sure when or where to brake on a certain circuit.

Cones dont bother me and arent really an assist in my opinion because they dont affect the car in any way. I got faster when i turned them off. For unfamiliar tracks i would sometimes turn them on for the first few laps of qualifying just to avoid braking late and going off track.

It stems from my belief that people dont deserve to be top 10 if they are using active stability management or counter steer assist. If you can get top 10 with it, you should be able to without.

None races speak to me tbh.
Maybe B works but C is another reused race (still remember the starting grid glitch and such, fun times).
Really wish these were like 3 or 4 days long...
