Not long. I think you overload your front tires. Try like this. Before you reach your brake mark, lift the throttle to get weight transfer. Then brake hard in a straight line. Hard, but not full, that will kick in the ABS. The ideal is to have the bar almost only white with a small slice of red on top. So brake while slowly going down through the gears, turn in while you slowly release the brake and power of in second gear
That's what I was practicing. I let off the gas before turning in. Brake and start downshifting on the curb of the dogleg. Easy turn in to the apex in 2nd. It was working great. But racing, while I thought I was doing everything the same, still kept losing it. I did notice when I looked down to see that 29 MPH that the brakes were locked. I guess panic had set in when it didn't seem to be slowing. To late at that point. Off track before I could do anything.
Brake bias at -3, btw. To much, or not enough? I only started playing with the TCS and bias yesterday. It's something I seem to forget about doing. But it's what gained me those few seconds into the :08's. It sucks though, practicing so well (for me), but racing so terribly bad.
