For race A it says that settings are open, yet all of the settings are grayed out. I really wish PD wouldn't troll us.
I think it's weirdly due to the Racing Hard tyres.

As for Race C, used the Atenza. 15/17 after two players left the room. Did 1RH/5RM/4RM. Mostly A/S room with plethora of TTs. A Lancer won and I finished 10/17. Two Slophys were in. They pit, but the pace is so slow.
One TT no-stopped. I think to test how far they could go on the RH. I passed it on my first set of RM and caught it again on the last lap. Wasn't a slow player. I took the outside into Seaside hairpin and the final turn. Both times I knew it was going to go wide. Would have been ahead, but I got smashed up the back by a late braking Viper. I used brakes and my handbrake and awd to power out to keep from going off.

Using the Mustang. No qualy. 14/20 Huracan, NSX. Vantages, 4C, GT-R, 86, 650S ,F-Type, TTs, RC F, RCz in the rtace.

Race C is like a strip club in a bad part of town. Out of control messy TTs everywhere and fights breaking out all over. Punted several times, barged a bit. Got my own back on one, but was absolutely mental. Saw @05XR8 in a slugfest in the mirror at one point. Looked nasty. Will have to check replay

Also think I saw a brave soul in a 4c attempt to brake check a GTR on the straight. Stupid but brave

Qualified this time. 1:45.422. Ididot 86 was weaving all over and blocking me. Tried being courteous as I had been shunted by a 650S at T1 at the start. The freakin' 86 sees me coming and moves in front of me. I move to the left and then, it wants to side bump me.

It got a couple penalties and I got 2 seconds for break checking it.
What really messed me up is I started on RM. I wanted to start on RH. Oh well, onto the next. Starting P3 between TTs.

Edit: Much better in this one. dropped a spot. The Two TTs ahead of me no stopped. The TT behind me, side bumped me a bit and did the run me wid eon the final corner. Think I'll no-stop the next one. Mustang is average, but pointing the nose, is one of its strengths. Using it again.

Looks like i could climb back to SR S in this weeks Race C, only had time to do 2 races this week..
GR2 at the Nürburgring, i guess this is a combination that leads to lots of rubbing? While it was hard racing, it wasn't really dirty as such, not from my end at least, and i had to fun races!
But going up the long back straight to the chicane i saw a car rub another one.. that proceed to knock the other car into the next century, so i decided to check the replay.. and behold a guy that should have left the race at the first incident..



My tagline when i join a race is "I post dirty drivers on YT" , this is a prime example :)
 
Used the Megane FF. Very speedy and I'm alone with it. Just getting stuck being an NSX that was granny braking. it allows the cars starting on RMs to gather me up. Pit long and made my way back up. A TT driver kept divebombing everyone. I was going to serve it, but I divebomed it back and ran it wide. Not off the track, but wide. It got back past me.
At the end of the race, I caught up to it(on RH) and a bunch of cars fighting. A WRX got 1 seconds and I'm stuck behind it. arrrgh!

DOing it again. Hope to drop my qualy time.
 
Know it will be wreckfest as a race, but really enjoying hot lapping the R32 at Goodwood. Car is so sensitive to weight transfer and just timing the corners is critical with massive amounts of time to be had from getting on the gas early. Currently popped out a 20.34 but know I can push for a 19 at some point.

Don't know how many races I will run at DTS though. Stopping makes for more fun racing, but too many bombers at the moment. Did finish my last race there with a tight 4 lap back and forth with a clean TT driver. Would be there all week if more people were like that.👍

Good guys are still out there. Video of idiots to be checked for posting tomorrow.:D
 
Yeah, there are. It's the strategies though. I'm up the front starting on Hards. The ones on RM do make a small getaway, but when they pit, I catch them up. Problem is, the ones on RMs get too desperate. It slows most of us on RH, the first couple laps. The Megane is really good. I don't want tro start on the RM because, I see the RH are much slower the last couple laps.
 
Thank goodness for the forum. Tried a few hot laps around DTS, Could only manage a 1:46.1.

Been doing race A so much lately, I forgot about tyres. Changed to the mediums, managed a 1:44.7. Over a second off the top times, but I don't think I can get much else outta the car.

That sounds like a really dangerous tag line... Everyone wants fame now, and if they can't have that they will settle for infamous...

I do get the occasional remark, it goes from "excellent idea" to the guys that feel attacked and makes sure everyone knows they don't care because just how incredible tough guys they are

There has been a few snide remakes when I get a penalty

If I mess up and I am being called out I will excuse for any mistakes.
 
loving the DTG / GR4 combo on Race C

Works well as a 10 lap race, less frantic than the previous 4 lap version for race B

I think less psycho players are attracted to race C due to its length, the pit stop chills it out a bit as well.

One exception - I did have an Italian driver call me what I worked out meant "piece of dirt" (I suspect the translation is ruder than that!). They tried to ram me out of the chicane of death and I ghosted. They hit the wall. I think they also forgot to pit stop anyway :lol:

But other than that nice racing.

No way. :eek: I've never even heard of that.
I have said some really, really bad things in post-race chats. Never had any problems from it. :confused:
Does reporting people work, now?
I don't think I've ever reported anyone.
I have gotten warned from post race chat but never suspended. Now i say nothing good or bad race win or lose no positivity or negativity. race is over I leave the room
 
That's definitely the weirdest thing ive seen recently.
Racing tires on a road car ... (race A)
Not sure what they where thinking for this event.
If they thought RH tires made it easier or where trying to speed up the race, or make it harder giving the fact that race tires usually make road cars handle worse.

That happened to me in my 2nd race tonight too, luckily I noticed it before the race started and got it back into 1st gear before the light went green.

I was in the race very i dont do many FIA races but group C lemans with the bus stops could not pass it up. Started 16 finished 5th was helped out by some penalties from other drivers but a clean race for me and I thought everyone was clean had a lot of fun maybe I need to do more
 
Got my first DR reset on race A Sunday. It was my alt but still painful. Especially considering it was races where I started pole and was punted side bumped and spun to death. I race clean 99.9% of the time and the .1% is only after I have been attacked. Oh well now I know what the reset feels like.
