DayZ Easy Company Lounge Best Zombie Game Ever Made!

Just outside of Novy Sobor (a bit more north) I saw this heli crash and though; "Hey, lets check it out". It was night time so we used NVG's.
Everything went fine, no good loot though, only FN FAL's with and without thermal and some rounds of various ammo.
When we ran from the heli crash, we saw this car with its headlights on, and went to check it... Just to find a LARGE tent... I mean almost as large as a hangar, only as a tent, with lots of vehicles around it. Tractors, trucks, motorcross bikes, ATV's.
Thought "this has to be scripted in". One of my friends went to check it out, and when he tried to go into the tent he died instantly...


So later on (on a other server), me and 2 friends had just made a tent camp with 3 tents... When a scripter comes running out from one of the tents.
I fired 3(!) M107 rounds in him from close range, and he didn't die. 5 seconds later the whole base blew up from satchel charges and me and 1 of my friends died. My 2nd friend tried to run of in the pickup truck we got, and he got pretty far away too.
Just a few seconds after I got the "YOU ARE DEAD!" screen I heard he said that he got killed aswell.
The scripter had an AS50, and shot him straight through the back windshield when the car was like 500-600 meters away. The scripter got banned though, which didn't really make my day any better.
Just lost all my good gear which i've been saving for more than a week, just to die like that.

Hopefully they will find a way to make scripting impossibru!

I hope so! Although I'll probably only revisit the game once it has gone stand alone.

I play it like 10-15 hours a week (sometimes more) anyway, because if you look away from the scripting and the usual tent bugs/grapichal glitches, I enjoy this mod quite alot...

Addicted? Me thinks so.

What gear did you have?

M107 with 6 mags
M16A2 with 6 mags
Coyote backpack
Ghillie Suit
Rangefinder
2 x NVG
PDW with several mags
2 x blood bags
2 x morphine injector
1 x epi-pen
Some cooked meats and 2 waterbottles, and some soda cans.
3 x bandage

The usual toolkit gear like compass, map, toolbox, hatchet, hunting knife etc.

Probably something else, but I really want my rangefinder, nvg's and ghillie suit back.

Edit: GPS too... Though I never used it that much to make me miss it alot.

I think they should take all the snipers weapons out of the game except the CZ. That way PVP would be way more interesting.

and the hacks in the game are destroying it for me too. Though I will try to go online soon again as the pause was long enough. Really want to play it again.

As for the other games, I only play BF3, if someone wants to add me on their origin, it's ibonibo. Not a big MMO player and minecraft never really interested me neither

I think they should take all the snipers weapons out of the game except the CZ. That way PVP would be way more interesting.

I disagree.

There should be more low-mid end weapons, but they can take the AS50 and the L85 with thermal out. They make this game unbalanced I think.

As for the other games, I only play BF3, if someone wants to add me on their origin, it's ibonibo.

Uhm so now I have this problem...

Im stuck in the ground...

Was driving an ATV through the forest north of Cherno, and suddenly the server said "no message recieved" or whatever. So I disconnected because the server was restarting.
When I joined again, I am now stuck in the ground.
It still looks like im still driving the ATV, only that im not and simply cant move or nothing.
I can only turn around.

Tried joining other servers... Same problem...

Anyone know how to fix this? I can't respawn either (because the respawn button is obviously disabled)...

Everything is all packed up and ready to go. Just need to get up and leave tomorrow morning. Thankfully mom is allowing me to use her laptop. Though she is not happy about it. Paranoid that I will give her computer a virus. Tried connecting to the original TS server and keeps saying that the password is invalid. Probably will not worry about it since I packed my headset. Could still type. Anyway. The whole move is surreal. Reminds me of a dream. Where it feels real but something is strange. Like the world lacks substance. Can't wait to leave though. Been 3 months leading up to it and I want it to be over.

@Jamie - Moving to a new state and a new home. Another two days till I arrive in Ohio at least.
@Tasty - Thanks for the luck. We will need it. Mom is getting sick and we have established I cannot drive the truck. Ever. I suck. lol. And nice videos. Realm of the Mad God looks pretty fun. I'll give it a try when everything calms down when we get to Ohio. REALLY want to play DayZ now. Unfortunately the computer is one of the first things we packed so it might take a bit to get back on the games.

The game is actually very simple. You can quest online or just look for big blobs of yellow dots on the map and teleport to them. People make trains to level faster. Its a simple game honestly. You should give it a try and see if you like it.

Tried getting on the Tekkit server, I noticed the server is back up again (thanks!) but it seems there is a difference between server/client?

I get a "Connection lost. End of stream" message.

Was running around looting the NW airfield just now, and I found a tent like 2 meters from the southern barracks.

Was full of weapons like MK48 mod, AS50 thermal etc etc.... I picked up a couple nades from the tent and blew it up.

Poor guy(s) who put their stuff into it.

At the job application office. Just pulled off a few good options for me. Like 5 GameStops near me are hiring. CAN'T WAIT FOR INTERNET! Plus lots of customer service options. I'm good with people so it seems like a good option if GameStop or BestBuy do not work out. I wish getting a job was easier. Still nee to finish my cover letter and resume.

On another, more weird, note: I had a dream last night that I was in DayZ. Not playing on the computer. Like I was actually the guy that we have run 20km in a single jaunt. Couple of you guys were there too. Bob, Beavis, Michael and I were all in a group and then Tasty shows up with her infamous hatchet. Unfortunately there was no zombie killing action. No blood, no gore. What a bore. Anywho, that was my interesting tidbit for the day. Bye y'all!

Hey guys, wanted to check in with ya'll as its been a while!

I miss our sessions together! It seems DayZ is in a mess and always will be but I am very bullish on TheWarZ and looking forward to getting on it as soon as it goes live.

Anyway, other than waiting for WarZ I can be found playing L4D2 games every now and then but mostly keeping busy with work and not gaming much.

BTW someone mentioned a private forum for our group, I have already created this but we never got around to making it official. It's at www.ez-company.org and if anyone wants to step up to be the admin just let me know (PM) and we'll make it so. It's currently set offline because of mass spammers but with mod/admin we can get it going and hopefully make use of it.

Hope everyone is doing good and I look forward to playing with ya'll again in the near future.
