DLC; Coming, and if so, When?

ps3luv3er - If you are going to lecture others on their grammar at least master the english language yourself first.

In answer to the original question posed, i don't believe any dlc is planned. PD are still supporting the game through regular updates, although their position could obviously change.
 
haha dude what is he even talking about with the grammar? he called you out for nothing and is a fresh fresh member already trying to start stuff. and idk when DLC is coming, I really want that 2010 R35 that the Europeans got for just trying GT Acadamy. I'm not trying to badmouth PD, i support most of the things they do, but this just seems like a truely dick move. It really does feel like they are still pissed about WW2 or something. It just seems like every chance they get they want to subtily reward anyone for not being in the US.

I'm from Europe, do I get a 2010 R35?

*Oh and: Europe always gets the shaft when it comes to availaility and price.
We still have to pay 50 euro's, thats 70 dollars for GT5.
And in 9 out of 10 times Europe is that last to get 'stuff' like movies or games :|
 
Yeah if you are in one of the ACCEPTED European countries and you register for GT Academy and just do two laps, you will indeed get your R35 for nothing more than that. on top of that the R35 is a 2010, the only 2010 R35 in the game.

Type in DLC in the search and you get ambushed by previous threads, even one I replied to with the relevant information you're looking for.
 
Well I could have swore they planned on having cars as DLC later on but I guess not. Its been quite a while since the game was released.
 
DLC will come sooner or later, pd would be daft not to as they will make millions all over again, I'd be happy with more RM upgrades and premium cars along with tracks like midway, apricot hill and Seattle for the first DLC offering

Ah, Seattle - brings back memories.
Grid 2 had some good tracks bases around Seattle, or somewhere very much like it.
Mind you, I can't even remember Apricot Hill or Midway - sounds like a cue for some googling.

As long as GT5 took to come out, GT6 will not follow anytime soon. GT5 was released, what....three months ago??? With the advent of the downloading updates, GT5 could/should be a never-ending game.


I would think that DLC would be a fantastic option. I would pay for some tracks and special cars. Or at least offer an add-on pack like they have for other games. I mean, why the hell not?

the way they so call patch and screw things up i wouldnt pay for a goddamn thing PD drops the ball everytime.
 
You guys are doing nothing by speculating. Nothing has been announced or even suggested. If you're going to make a thread about DLC, bring some sources with you. :rolleyes:

Honestly, bickering about what you like/don't like and debating imaginary updates is totally pointless.

OP only asked a question that NO ONE can answer with hard facts (other than in race saves) everything is speculation...

Debating about "imaginary" updates might not be pointless. This type of discussion (along with voting in the feedback page) is the only way (we) the community can let PD know what to do to make the game better. What's wrong with that???
