Considering that 75% of the cars look like crap... yes I want updates. I'm not totally satisfied with the cars in the game either. It has over 1,000 cars but how many of them are redundant? The game is missing a lot of cars.

There are lots of small things that can be fixed. GT6 is meant to be released on PS3 so it will be a continuation of development to GT5 in a sense. So by updating GT5 they will then be able to bring that forward into GT6.

In the same way though, they will not want to make GT5 perfect as they want GT6 to feel like a bigger jump.

I would like a few tweaks to the game and some more Premium cars, events to keep coming.
Ding ding ding exacly:tup:
Like many other companies, patches can be made while working in a sequel, or even in more other games at the same time. If PD is competent, that's what they are doing.
We love you, pls love us with your work:sly:

Yes, alot of us do. the One's who are saying no are the ones that will complain when GT6 comes out that they should of spent more time fixing GT5 and making a good game.
All of us would like more cars, tracks, features, photomode upgrades. It just takes time. It's only been 3 months and oh, just a small earthquake. Chill your nuts and wait. it'll be worth it.

What a question? Sure I want more updates! This is where the future of gaming goes... whether this is good or not is an other question!

We need more tracks. There seems to be such a small amount of them and plenty are missing from the previous games.

Also, we need a true course designer, one that lets us make tracks exactly the way we want to, but that will hopefully come in GT6.

I absolutely want to see more. I do enjoy playing the game, but there are problems with the game that needs to be fixed plus I like to see new courses and cars.

Let the ?evolution? of this game peak with more updates. Then blow us away (really) with GT6.

The thing that is odd and bugs me the most is that PD wanted the game to be perfect on release. The game is still far from perfect, so when were they planning on releasing GT5 before the Sony push?

I seriously doubt PD wanted or eve expected perfection upon release.

I definitely want more updates though.

To be quite honest I'm not bothered. I haven't played A-spec for weeks. I'm level 29 with just the endurance races to go so as far as I'm concerned I've finished the A-spec game as I'm not even going to waste my time on them without the ability to save.

Now I've got to level 40 B-spec there's no real incentive to do anything more with that either.

I've got far more cars than I'll ever get round to driving and I've never been interesting in collecting them for collectings sake. Sometimes more isn't better.
What can they add to make me excited about an update?
My disc came out of my PS3 a while ago and isn't likely to go back in apart from an occasional thrash so updates? Meh.

I've been playing GT games since the first one and I have to say that I've never got so close to completing the game in such a short time before. GT4 lasted me well over a year of fairly intensive play. This has been about 4 months. It was fun while it lasted but like sex it's all over too soon

I enjoy online racing series so I really don't feel GT5 will outlive its welcome in my PS3 until GT6 comes out. Honestly I see folks who have done A-Spec and B-Spec and are looking for more churned-out events against mindless AI just so they can get that new PS3 Trophy or whatever.

It's an inperfect game, sure, but Kaz and PD made sure to give us a very PC-like, full-featured online lobby and racing system. For that I am eternally thankful.

Keep the updates coming, no point in getting started on GT6 when GT5 will eventually be GT6 anyway. Keep adding to this by listening to the community so at least they will have a solid base in which to build GT6 with relative ease and only add cars and courses. Tweak the physics some more, remove some stupid rollover stopping code, adding GT auto to the online lobby, allowing aero parts to be removed from in the tuning section like all other tuning parts, no non removable adjustments(the worst idea ever in the game) and possibly painting of standard car rims as they are now fully 3 dimensional. Keep the updates rolling, GT5 is here now. I'm not waiting for a GT6 to enjoy things that can be added now because of being online enabled are you mad?
