I have just 'graduated' to the concept '00 version (not sure what its called), it handles like a dream. Turn the TC to 1/2 and oversteer ASM to 0 and a little tap on the accelerator will bring it out in a beautiful drift...

And I agree with the Viper car to Snake comparison, but with the split in the front grill, doesn't it look kinda like a one toothed snaked? lol

you're looking in the wrong spot. lol, between the fogs & the intake is the fang.. also, the fogs look more like snake-eyes, and were designed to do so.... also, i appologise, as i only have paint @ this computer:

Well, I see the fangs now, but to me, the head lights look so much like the eyes of the snake in that picture that I can't see the fog lights, which are also sitting too low to look like eyes, being precieved as the snakes eyes.
Just my 2 cents though. 👍

i allways loved the viper as a kid and i still do it would be my dream car if i had the money !! but for now i have to settle with driving it in GT5 but why oh why is there no blue with white stripe's paint scheme!!!!! thats what set it off for me, very disapointed ! oh well ill just wait till i can afford one how i want it lol

I have a pic of me fingering the tail pipe of a Z06 at the car show this year. Worst part was, it shocked me when I stuck my finger in it, so in the picture it looks like i'm makin an O face and likin it a lil too much. <- My O face

First of all I wanna say I like the old Vipers much more too. I'm not a fan of modern, sharp-angled designs. But my favorite Viper is the one from GT1 with the flat trunk (and small rear window). Too bad it's not in the game anymore. Does anyone know it's name and year?

About the reptile design theory... The typical middle split in Dodge's grills makes it kinda hard to make a mouth-teeth look. But taking it away wouldn't be so "Dodge" anymore...
Anyway I thought I could do better in making a car look like a snake. I based my design on the pic of the snake in the first post. Sorry about the proportions, I wasn't really taking my time, just wanna show the essence of the design.
I made an alternative pain scheme to make the mouth and teeth more obvious.
It could also go without the front wing, I like the bottom bending inwards like the Ford GTs do, but that wouldn't really go together with the big Viper air outlets on the sides...
What do you people think?
