First of all I wanna say I like the old Vipers much more too. I'm not a fan of modern, sharp-angled designs. But my favorite Viper is the one from GT1 with the flat trunk (and small rear window). Too bad it's not in the game anymore. Does anyone know it's name and year?
About the reptile design theory... The typical middle split in Dodge's grills makes it kinda hard to make a mouth-teeth look. But taking it away wouldn't be so "Dodge" anymore...
Anyway I thought I could do better in making a car look like a snake. I based my design on the pic of the snake in the first post. Sorry about the proportions, I wasn't really taking my time, just wanna show the essence of the design.
I made an alternative pain scheme to make the mouth and teeth more obvious.
It could also go without the front wing, I like the bottom bending inwards like the Ford GTs do, but that wouldn't really go together with the big Viper air outlets on the sides...
What do you people think?

I may not like the looks as much as the old one, but that doesn't mean the car isn't amazing. They do look good in black though 
Plus, considering I think the older version is one of the best-looking cars ever made, it would be really hard for me to like the new one better.
Obviously your not a true Viper lover because you'd have know all first gen Vipers had "flat trunks".
looks good Melaneimoon even though it's a bit too literal to me. That doesn't mean it's not good though. Btw, if you'd like we have a Car draw competition here on GTP if you'd like to join. There are links in my sig. It's kinda in limbo at the moment though.
