im new here and i havnt seen any drift comps yet. like formula drift style comps like say on suzuka circuit east? perfect formula d track just a suggestion.

If you look in the Teams and Meets Section, you'll see there are a few Comps/Seasons going on right now. These aren't just random comps with just anybody though, you need to register and all that, it's pretty pro stuff, on pro sections.

Saying its using " Pro" in a non-pro competition makes people not wanting to join them. Its a competition, you are not getting paid for it.

As you say not paid I do belive the VDC has nice prizes for the winners just not the average car prize that most comps offer. Might wanna think about a little more homework on the subject before you say yay or nay. And as for non-pro and pro there very easy to spot on this game might wanna hop in a few GTP drift team rooms and see what I'm talking about. The average drifter on this game tends to have problems keeping up with the PRO drifters they also tend to not be able to door to door tandem from one corner to the next. But now I'm a little bit off subject so back to the OP there are lots of official comps on that track you just need to look for team names eather as the room title or the host.

Hmm homework?? Try doing yours! This topic has been beaten to death 1000 times.

The conclusion: There are zero "PRO" anything! This is a game(for fun). Anyone claiming "PRO" is in need of medication.

Jeez kids, It's a game.. PRO LMAO :lol:

So you can have a "PRO" Air Guitarist but no "PRO" Virtual Drifters? Gimme a break. Pro defines one's level of ability, a Pro devotes their life to something. I know MANY people here who fit those categories, some are on 8 hours a day 7 days a week! They are nothing short of Pro in Virtual Drifting. Drifting in GT isn't like other games where you just pick it up and go, some spend months to learn and years to master. I would definitely call them pro!

Open your mind, things evolve, the world changes, accept it or be left behind!
