Ok I guess that makes sense, but when I think of hill climb I think of Pikes Peak.

I've never seen drifting at 75, every tells me they do it at 20 or less.

Alright whatever I still see no point in it but thats just me.

You had a 240sx sweet!!! Oops I mean back to the point you can't bag on drifting if you don't know what it is.
(not you but other people)

Also explain to me how drag takes more skill then drifting or track and if the anwser is not a b.s. anwser then I will respect what you say but other wise you can't change my opinion.

In addition if your going to bag on my post and calling it !@#$ then don't even bother posting on mine. Especially if you don't know what the hell drifting is.

Finally I bet only a few of you went to the D1GP at Irwindale Speed Way so don't say I know !@#$

I went there and I know what I am talking about:banghead:

Read the posts. Nobody is saying drag takes more skill than drift. But we're not saying the drift takes more skill than drag either. Drifting just seems pointless to some, as grip is faster. A drift 'race' would be kind of dumb, because...if you dont go sideways all the time, you're gonna go faster, and win.

Actually in the mountains and during hair pin turns a drift helps your speed and keeps you rpm going. In addition you can make a combination of drifts so you don't seem to slow down. It just matters how long the turn is. But for touge racing if you don't drift then you well lose because you can go faster while drifting the hair pin then gripping it.

Thats very true man, I did that personally in the Philippines and I notice a BIG difference on my time of executing the hairpin back there.
