Why bother finding them? Because they're neat little details or hidden things that the developers threw into the game for fun, and it can be entertaining to find them.

To be honest, the animals and people aren't really easter eggs at all. However, ASIMO and the Loch Ness monster are good examples.

Another good example that comes to mind is the fact that Optimus Prime can be found on a bridge in Ridge Racer 64, in truck form.

I have only found the moneky on the Trial Mountain course on the tree. I cannot find the other things in the game because I'm too busy racing instead of slowing down to look at these things.

So I'm clear, we are still talking about GT4, correct? I'm not trying to sound dumb or anything but ealier in the thread some people were talking about GT3....So I'm not sure which one of the games these "easter eggs" are in.

Pretty much. Like I said before, though, a "real" Easter Egg is usually one that was intended to be a joke or secret -- so cows/horses, monkeys, or fishermen don't really count...

Right at the beginning (when you are driving) look to the sky. There's I think 4 blue streaks, 1 white streak, and 4 red streaks and are made by some jets.
