Now it seems like the rest of the missons will be a bit like the Minuteman missions where they are repeated quests where you have to find and destroy remaining robots.
Aren't all of the factional quests like that?
The Minutemen ask you to thwart raiders, ghouls or super mutants threatening a settlement, locate a hostage being held captive, or clear out a new location for them to settle.
The Brotherhood of Steel ask you to clear out a location, locate a device, or escort an NPC.
The Railroad ask you to find a hidden cache, secure the freedom of a synth, place a MIRA device or kill an Institute operative.
The Institute ask you to track down rogue synths or manage their internal affairs.
Really the only unique one is in the Railroad, since the DIA caches are in unusual positions; the Hub 360 cache was a pain in the neck. And the MIRA emplacements are usually hidden away in areas that you wouldn't usually encounter.
