The Amuse S2000 R1 ‘04 has been my online go-to car. Not very fast on straights, but stable and planted through corners.

NSX RM - 412hp of pure awesomeness. Single best car in the game IMO.

For me is Amuse Nismo 380RS Super Leggera! Just try it out in Arcade mode and you will know why! Please edit the camber to 1.5 for both front and rear, downforce to the max, brake balance 8 for both front and rear. Have fun!

ALot to be honest

My tuned M3 (standard)
Tuned Pitch Black ACR
Tuned GTR V-spec

But the Rally SF is probably number one.

A mildly upgraded lacia stratos on sports sort is a lovely car to drive.

Eats tyres though :<

Peugeot 905 Le Mans car :)

It grips like nothing else,

915hp, 750kg :D

Red Bull X1 - Sticks like a chewing gum on road.

There isn't really one favorite car to me. I like morthern cars, all because of their own thing.

I like my Samba van to drive with online, just because it looks so funny, and the car can do things no-one expects. One by one, everyone thinks it's a slow vehicle, and laugh at me because of the wheels I've changed, and the bumpers for aerodynamics the car doesn't have already. People want to sprint, and take a car that isn't quite slow, but isn't that fast either. They laugh at me until my Samba reaches 2000 or 3000 rpm, when the turbo is starting to work. Haha back! :P

I've been driving a Mazda Roadster for 4 hours yesterday, and within those hours, something happened. I started to love it's handling, although I've souped it a little bit.

For the real races, I still love the FGT and the Ferrari 458 Italia. It doesn't catch fire on GT5, fortunately :P

Im gonna go "Old School" None of the cars in my garage come close to the Nissan Skyline(R32) V spec II that ive lightly tuned to around 400 bhp with carbon bonnet and littly flaps on the corner of the front bumper with sports medium tyres its just fun to take for a blast round the 'ring

The xj13 is a wonderful car, the Lamborghini super veloce is a fantastic car also, man there are too many to list....

Ginetta G4' 64

Stock it's very underpowered around 84 HP I think, full upgrades on and it's 249 HP at 414 Kilos.

I bought it on a whim because it looked funny and I'm so glad I did. It's an absolute BLAST to drive. Huge weight transfers with everything it does, massive lift off oversteer. This thing WILL not grip, slides for miles, it WANTS to be sideways, to hell with what you want. Even at stock 84 HP it wouldn't grip even with racing hards. Most tracks the tires will smoke non-stop the whole lap, most corners you can't even see it for all the smoke :p

It's huge fun to drift in because of the excessive lift off oversteer, just drive up to a corner and let go of the throttle and it does the rest, well almost :D .

Funny stuff! This is a crazy car. The steering is more like a suggestion than the actual direction the car will go. When I got it and pumped it up with all the HP I thought boy, this thing should scream. Then I drove it. Makes the '66 AC Cobra feel planted.

So many good cars. Agree with the OP that the 2J Fan Car is a blast to drive on a track like Deep Forest. Fastest old car, much faster than the Toyota 7 around corners, and slides enough to make it interesting.

The Stealth NSX is a lot of fun and does Suzuka in 1:52 or better, plus an engine rebuild is 500 Cr.

My ZR1 passed 8,000 miles last night. Dirt cheap for the second fastest car in both American Championship races.

Lambo Gallardo! With stage 2 engine upgrades and a wing. Drifts like crazy and very fun to drive. Keeps me on my toes all the time.

My absolute favorites are:

86 RUF Yellowbird
74 Lamborghini LP400

Pity they are not premium.

Well

Subaru Impreza Rally Car 2003 amazed me in Rally Expert Event Tarmac, wonderful in Sports Tires.
Mazda Furai is amazing, sometimes a bit arsh on the back with the controller and no aids, but priceless at Indy, full throttle all the lap around...
Corvette ZR1 RM is just as sweet as candy, who could imagine it would be such a easy going car?

Favourites for me at the moment are, BMW V12 LMR and Audi A4 Touring Car - both stock except for race softs

Haha, yes that's the Ginetta alright. But that's what makes it so fun. It's a beast for drifting once you get used to it, just gotta get used to initiating a mile before a corner and god help you if you get it wrong. Going back to any other car after driving her for a while feels like you are glued to the road and steering feels incredibly weird, "hey this car actually turns when you yank the wheel" :D

Right now I'm in love with the Nissan GT-R. It's a really phenomenal car both in-game and out.

At the moment

1. Audi R10
2. Nissan R89C
3. F430 Scuderia
4. F40
5. '69 Z/28

Lamborghini Murcielago

I keep hitting training or mono model race with it on every tracks, love the sound, her crazy ass and the alternate cockpit view in replay.

Love the classics too, 512bb, Miura, Corvette Stinger,..

49 VW Bug Standard.

It rules on the Nurb even with its 35? HP, big fun to drive.

Feels (it actually is one) like a little Porsche :>

Oh and one more:
The Shelby Cobra. Veeery much fun to drive, especially stock with the bad tyres - It drifts like hell but is also very controllable.

Corvette ZR-1 RM - Absolute blast flying it over the Nordschleife
Nissan GT-R V-Spec
Lamborghini Gallardo

At the moment I'm loving my Cusco Dunlop Impreza. Upgraded with s3 turbo and soft racing tires. This thing handles so damn well its not even funny.
I just love chasing my own ghost (in a GT500 car) on my custom track on Eifel. It's got more than 30 turns, lots of elevation changes, blind corners, crests, slow technical sections, fast flowing bits, changes in corner radius at mid-corner, oh my God. It's like my own private Nurburgring.

My favourites:
Zonda R, Lambo SV and my 625hp Toyota Tacoma. It drifts quite well actually.

I might get shot for this... but here we go.
My '89 Miata. Fully modded with a supercharger and 243 hp. On racing softs is glued to the track.

Actually, i have two. A white turbocharged one and a blue supercharged one. The blue one feels more agile and is a second faster around Tsukuba.

(I gave up on trying to post decent sized pics.)

In order to redeem myself, i'll say the RM'd ZR1 as well. That baby won me so much money :D

I am loving my Elise 111R RM. It goes round corners amazingly. Although, it is prone to some oversteer that just comes out of nowehere but nevertheless you can't enjoy the feeling more than going round Nurburgring faster than fully tuned Zonda's and Ferrari's. :)

I do prefer the look of the '96 Elise RM, though, in bright Orange paint.

I have a different favorite like every week. I have some go to cars of course.

However this week I discovered the Lotus Evora. bone stock it has plenty of grip and handles like a dream even on sports tires. I think I am in love.

On this moment the alfa 155 touring car, and the honda NSX takata touring car. just so wonderful to drive!

At the moment,

Zonda R
Jaguar XJ13
Lexus ISF Racing Concept

Aston martin DB9
RUF RGT
Honda type R 05
Mini cooper S (Tuned)
