My fave right now would have to be my MKIV supra rz. I loved it stock, iam crazy about it tuned! It handles great, the top end is amazing! It hits 235mph without drafting and still has room for more. Pluss I ran a 54sec lap around tsukuba in it, 1sec faster than my fully tuned r34gtr. (Love that car aswell)

I like Audi R8 and the Nissan S15, which I'm tuning it for drifting right now.

My favorite cars to drive are the ones I always dreamed about even if they might not be the fastest around. Ferrari F40 is definitely the one I enjoy more: I loved it when I was a child and I love it now! I also enjoy much driving the Zonda R which is my favorite of the present era, then there are the cars linked to my real life, for instance cars my dad have had when I was a child like the Triumph Spitfire and Lancia Delta Integrale; but even the original Fiat 500 that had my mom (I like that when I am reaaaaalyyy nostalgic because it's really a pain driving it!); finally the Lotus Elise: I'm lucky enough to drive one sometimes even on tracks and I like comparing the feelings I have from reality with the ones from the game.

Ginetta G4' 64

Stock it's very underpowered around 84 HP I think, full upgrades on and it's 249 HP at 414 Kilos.

I bought it on a whim because it looked funny and I'm so glad I did. It's an absolute BLAST to drive. Huge weight transfers with everything it does, massive lift off oversteer. This thing WILL not grip, slides for miles, it WANTS to be sideways, to hell with what you want. Even at stock 84 HP it wouldn't grip even with racing hards. Most tracks the tires will smoke non-stop the whole lap, most corners you can't even see it for all the smoke :p

It's huge fun to drift in because of the excessive lift off oversteer, just drive up to a corner and let go of the throttle and it does the rest, well almost :D

I've tried a lot of cars by now, but this little English wasp takes the cake for most fun so far. It's very fugly, but you won't care.

Lambo SV defo !!

STOCK but with new rear wing and LSD (gets twitchy on the nurb, small mods for stability)

So yeah 99% stock. Don't like it when people beef up there supercars. They become racing cars, not super/hyper cars.

I have a 700bhp 1268kg lambo sv (for future championship race online (GT1 spec))
And yes, it handles a dream, very fast. Kills any stock GT500 car aswell due to me spending hours tuning the suspension to exactly how I want it.

Although I will have to buy another one as the weight spec has changed and now it is to light. No biggy, will be keeping it anyway.

But back tot he point. I much prefer to race a stock (rear wing and LSD added) Lambo SV around the nurb in online races.
A much more genuine feel to the car.
Not just some fantasy car I scrambled together at the tuning shop.

Some of the cars I have enjoyed most so far are...

Caterham fireblade.
Mazda efini RX-7 Type R (FD) 93.
RUF BTR 86.
Lamborghini countach.
Lotus Europa special 71.
Facebook jaguar.
Mercedes SLS AMG stealthline
BMW M3 coupe Chromeline.

All of them are stock, since i havent even begun to tune any of my cars yet.

Mazda 787B, it is fast and pretty handles in corner, and let me level up quickly.

Lotus Evora (handles very nicely)
Cobra 427 (very fun to drift!)
Corvette ZR1 RM (I had the front bit painted in Polar Silver, looks good, handles better)

My Mazda Furai, it goes like a bat out of hell and looks like none other, especially in the dark.

Since winning the Historic Car Cup B-Spec I've really loved driving the Alfa Romeo TZ1. It's a great little car and handles excellently.

Drive it around Nurburgring and you'll see what I mean. ;)

I love driving my 00 cobra r in the game. Mostly because I have a cobra in real life. It just makes the game so much sweeter.

So far... my fully upgraded Nissan GTR V-spec (White with a carbon bonnet and bronze Volk CE28 wheels).

Or my fully upgraded Mercedes AMG sedan (Black with Black BBS Wheels).

Wowzers

The Nissan Xanavi Nismo GT-R '08 is a BEAST!

You can buy it through the new car dealership at Nissan for $950,000 and it's a level 20 car.

I have it modded up to 661HP and it is so much fun to throw around the 'Ring. The sound is incredible as well as the handling with some soft racing tires. I really think this is the best driving experience in GT5. If you have a wheel/pedal setup don't miss this car.

It's truly a mean looking/sounding thrill ride!
👍👍👍👍👍

Love driving the Mitsubishi Evolution IX & the Mazda RX7 Spirit-R, both tuned for grip and shorter lap times, incredible around any track really.

Love my Subaru STi 22-B! :dopey:
Handles like a dream fully modded, just that I gotta learn how to control my tire wear hahaha

So far.. fully tuned, I like driving the following cars:

Premium:
Lexus LFA, Ferrari Italia 458, F430 Scuderia, DB9, '07 M3 Coupe, '02 NSX-R, FT-86, ZR1, R35 GT-R V-SPEC

Standard:
Spoon Integra, '70 Charger R/T, '97 Supra RZ, RUF CTR2, Zonda C12, '04 STI WRX

amuse s 2000 gt1, HKS Evo

It would have to be my beloved Impreza Super Touring Car. It handles like a dream, is pretty rapid, and can put in good 6.2x.xxx times at the ring! 👍

so far rx-7 (FD, new in dealership) and furai.

trying to unlock the zonda r in b-spec.

I think it's the SLS for me, they put a lot of effort into it, it sounds amazing, looks great, and very very fast.

Ferrari F430 Scudera
Honda Civic SI 08
Amuse S2000
NSX R ( Wishes there was a NSX R GT)
And I really really like driving my Civic R Ek just because it was my starting car and I had so much time to perfect it

Right now, Lancia Stratos Road car on Comfort Soft has to be my fave. Such a hard car to master that when I finally got the hang of it I was massively satisfied. Its one of those cars that if you drive it cautiously is far too slow and if you drive it too hard it will kick your backside, give it just enough and it just feels MEGA!!!

Honourable mention to the Nissan 240 RS road car on Comfort Softs and the 190E road car on Sports Hards.

I love my SLS AMG, Lambo SV and 458. The GT-R SpecV is a close second

Ferrari 430 Scuderia on intermediate tyres but in the dry. I use it on Arcade mode with no driving aids bar ABS on "1", and it is an absolute joy.

The Ferrari 458 Italia's pin-point accurate turn-in is also great.

Hi all,

First post! My personal favourites to drive would be my Jaguar XJ220, Aston-Martin V8 Vantage, and my Lotus Carlton. I have a thing for British cars, and with some moderate tuning and a little setup they are complete joys to drive!

Also, for some reason I really like my '69 Isuzu Bellet Couple. It's like a big go-kart...

My favorite car is the MAZDA 787b, why? Because its just so much fun to drive, very fast, handles the corner's like a dream, plus it sound's amazing. It's such a pleasure to drive.
And also the fact that I'm a big rotary fan.

I want one of those, glad you like it.

I have a bunch of cars, everything from the Enzo Ferrari to the Formula GT to the old classic Volkswagen. Love the 908, as many others do, but the Lotus Evora is a sweet little ride, it drives really well.

supprized no one has mentioned this gem

Lamborghini Nomad Diablo GT 1

i use it fully modded with racing soft tires and its glued to the road grinding on rome circut in euro championship managed a 1.03.8 lap ( tho im sure if i actually took the time to fiddle with the suspension settings i can get less this is with no ajustmentst to the default racing suspension )

the alfa 8c as already mentioned is a fun car and nice to look at too IMO

E-type 61 jag is a great ride and OMFG at the lovely exhaust notes it makes

havent got one yet but im sure i will love the xj220 jags (racing version too ) as well since ive loved them in every GT thus far

ford GT is a given any model and the gt40 race car is a must have
