Antonio Ferreira is an 81 pace CB, which puts him literally just outside the top 5 fastest CBs. He could be possibly maybe about 9k.

Zelão has 73 pace but also 93 strength to go with it. He's probably closer to 4k.

I have zelao on my russian league / brazilian hybrid. Good luck getting him for under 8k. I waited 3 days for one at 7500

I don't think so, or if you can they are the rarest of rare position changing cards!

Has anyone had Joe Hart or Petr Cech in Ultimate team? Hart is twice the price, but is he worth the extra outlay?

A bit stupid, don't EA do there homework on player positions? I know he can play on the wing but even he stated before joining chelsea that he preferred to play behind the striker which is what he is doing now. He switches play between Oscar and Mata.

Saying that, what a fantastic display of sheer class when he come on against United last night, well worth the fee we paid for him :D

The strange thing is when you go to the substitution screen it classes the position as LAM instead of CAM I think.

I always wondered this myself. For instance, a lot of cdm and lb or rb players can also play cb but, ea don't make a card to switch a position to cb.

As for the second part of your post. LAM is still a CAM just they make it easier for you to know which side of the pitch he is on by adding the L or R
 
I think you could go LW >> LM, LM >> LF, LF >> CF, CF >> CAM, can't you?

It seems that Division 1 in the Ultimate Team is full of pace. Just got owned by a team that had wingers and pacey players everywhere. He was crap, but I just couldn't get near them. Lost 6-4. I do hope this isn't the case every time.

I couldn't wait with 110k burning a hole in my pocket, so I have just bought Yaya and Joe Hart.

Basically. That's why I had to go with that Russian league team, I normally play one or two seasons on D1, get relegated, win D2 then rinse and repeat. I got within one point of winning once.

People in DIV 3 also use crazy pacy teams. It's kind of sad I think. I didn't find this many people abusing it in 12.
 
By 200k striker you mean Aguero I presume?

Maybe Rooney, haven't researched prices on expensive players too much.

But I've also encountered some exceptional skillers in D1, you get a mix of everything. However, if I've played ~10 seasons in D1, only 5 or 6 of the 80-some games were against guys that owned me on the dribble.

Maybe Aguero, however I have come up against Van Persie three times and he seems to hit the net every time.
 
Just got beat 9-1, 6-1 and 6-2. This division has got ridiculously hard. Only the 9-1 I would put down to be totally outclassed, the others had their fair share of sprint to the line-cross-goal. When I say fair share I mean all the goals, never known anything like it.
 
That's pretty much me on FIFA nowadays. EA lets me get 12 or 13 points most of the time, then 10 more games of difficultness ;).
 
Just had some great luck on my last gold pack purchase, it happened to have Casillas in it :drool:

He's worth a lot so I will probably sell him straight away so I can afford 2 new players :D

I need a goalkeeper so I will probably get Neuer who is half the price of Casillas and maybe if I have enough change a CDM, Schweinsteiger being my obvious target :)

Can't give you guys a pretty picture of my team at the moment but hears how it currently looks.

ST Llorente ( desperate for a goal then bring on Remy for some added pace)

There's a couple of changes still to come with a top striker in order, a CB and a better CF.

Just going to go all out and get myself a $20 PSN card, and blow it all on packs. Last time I did that, the best I got was a Baloteli in FUT12, and it sold for 1500. I haven't had much luck with packs. $20 worth of packs does at least give you a whole lot of assets you can liquidate and get a serious amount of coins from.

But I've just got to find that little extra money and pick up the game. I'm going to be the last of my peers to get it.
 
I'm pretty much just whoring contracts, and tried formations but I don't know the values so I'm scared to drop money on those. I'm just hoping to get lucky on one pack and get into 6 digits.
 
Okay, that makes me feel a little better. You are a bit more market savvy than I am though ;).

Bought a pack, it looked impressive, but it wasn't. I figured Jose Callejon would be worth more than 1,300 max.. I only have 30,000 coins left and an even heightened hatred of EA.

No disrespect to Hull City fans but I just put up the badge for 150 and it sold for 400 :crazy: There's no way I would pay that, surely you can easily get one for 150 coins.

I shouldn't of sold Casillas from the previous pack I got, Neuer doesn't seem as good as his stats suggest. He is 87 overall and isn't performing like it. The only reason I sold Casillas was because I knew the funds would get me 2 good players instead of just a goalkeeper, I got Yaya Toure along with Neuer but only Toure seems to be worth the coins spent.

I have no coins left now and still in need of a few players, wondering if I should sell Neuer and go back to using Courtois as I am not liking Neuer anyway. If I do sell I will have about 50,000 coins maybe a bit more for him.

I am in need of a top striker a CF, CDM and CB. It would seem a waste to sell Neuer but like I said he really isn't that good on this game, for my team anyway.
 
I had 23k in coins this morning, so I though I would buy 3 Premium Gold packs, after selling pretty much all that was in them, I now have 8k. I cant believe how crap these are, my best is still Mascherano. It's almost like they give you crap, to tempt you to spend real money on the FIFA points, in the hope of getting a result that way. Well EA, you aren't getting my cash.

Holy crap. I buy 250 fifa points with the dregs in my virtual wallet and that pack is stacked. That probably bodes well for buying a card. Nothing special, but some solid coins.

I need one point to win division 2, I'm tied with a guy 2-2 in the 90'. I kick the ball off after a goal and try to lob pass to the goalie to run the clock out, and you know where it goes? It sails into the back of the net :lol:. That laugh was worth the 1,000 coins lost, hahaha.

My trade pile has been stuck for 11 days. EA still keeps on telling me that they're working on it. Nothing has worked so far to clear it of sold items. Not even the maintenance the other day. This is ridiculous.
