We are just waiting on the last few testers now. Once all the results we are expecting to receive have been submitted, the score sheets will be updated, checked by the hosts and the final results published. This will happen monday/tuesday this coming week. It is still close in terms of DC who will finish where so watch out, there may be some movement in the next few days. :)

We will see what happens to the standings once the new times are loaded. There will be movement it's just a question of where and how much.

I'm thinking of giving a post competition test drive after this is all said and done. I also want to repost my tune based on the feedback to see how everyone progresses with it.

Just as a matter of interest how many of you controller operators have a right thumb that constantly aches from too much gaming ?

I find if driving a seriously understeering car, I'll get a triangle print in my left thumb from the d-pad!

I'll not be guessing this time around, was woeful last time!

Will take a guess at the mystery tester being @krenkme , or @Little_krenk .

Thanks for the replies, I'm in the early 60's and GT1 was my first game and racing games are what I generally play, I'll just have to harden up and put up with the constant soreness .:)

Two ways to address hand pains. Beer and/or a steering wheel! Though when I got a wheel my arms were tired and sore for a couple days. I drank more beers.

I get sore wrists if I play too long and hold the controller too tight.

I do use the beer option quite regularly, and I've had a wheel for four years or so but just don't have the space where I am.

Thank you for the testing. Solid times as always. Looks like you enjoyed my car...maybe...maybe not. Time will tell.

As mentioned previously use the sticks helps a lot with thumb pain.
Or get a folding table for the wheel.
image.jpg As you can see I got some trigger grips and pad grips to aid in use my ds3. Make it easier use.

I have a DS3 with so much use that the little nubs on the sticks are almost gone. I used to get a calice on my palms below my ring finger from squeezing so much. Now with the wheel I grind off skin from my hands. And wear holes through my socks.

It's tough being unemployed and playing GT6 all day long.

Looks like Tuner #3 lost some ground with that last set of times. But the podium is unchanged.

At this time @jblackrevo9 and @lilcat89 are the only two signed up testers to not post other then myself. I saw @MrGrado as a tentative tester but nothing concrete from him

Once I looking over the official results, I will be updated my Results post with finishing podiums and final thoughts. Congrats to all who took part in tuning and testing for making this a fun challenge for me to be a part of. :D

Whilst @Bowtie-muscle e is checking things and confirming final results, I would just like to say thank you to all the tuners who submitted some sensational tunes. I thoroughly enjoyed testing them all. Also, to all the testers, so many of you to thank and say well done on doing a great job in testing. I hope that you all enjoyed this element as much as me.

As it was my first foray into the hosting world, I have learnt a few things along the way, which will help me in the future when I fly solo and run my own event. You have all be supportive in this event and that made this event even sweeter for me. Thank you all. I appreciate all the effort that tuners and testers put in throughout. :)
