Dammit. Right when I try to get some practice in the servers implode. I finally created a room in my lounge and it crashed after half a lap. Oh well. Guess I'm done for the night. I was just getting excited for the cart space race too!

Jeez, can't believe so many people came back to GT after Spec 2, was it really THAT thinned out?

Weird. Guess I'm gonna make a retreat to, although I hardly even got to run.

Yeah, same here. Made three rooms and they all imploded on me. :lol:

Wow! Beautiful car! What class? GT? If only iRacing did the Speed Source car...
 
I have no idea actually. They just pulled it off the transporter to get it out of the way for a few minutes and I just stumbled upon it when I was headed out to my car. Just looking at the inside really made me want to hop in and drive off in it. :lol:

That there would be Dr. McDreamy's racecar. As in Dr. McDreamy of Grey's Anatomy fame, better known as Patrick Dempsey and owner of Dempsey Racing. He runs in the GT class of the the Grand-Am series and competes against cars such as Porsche 911 GT3 Cups, Corvettes, Camaros, and M3s.

Here is a crash at Elkhart Lake from earlier in the year. It features the same car (#40, I don't think it's the same chassis since they had to cut the roof off to get the driver out of the car) but with a different paint scheme and a Camaro that clears the fence:

I used the Patrick Dempsey team to get my wife interested in Grand Am.

Pretty much just for fun, although a couple of them might be throwing in some goodies for the world championship. It's just nice to know that we can use their logos with permission and that we have their support. 👍

I (and I think a few others in that room) have come to conclusion that Trial Mountain absolutely sucks.

And I suck more than usual. :(

Well, it's no Laguna Seca, that's for sure. I have no experience with the car prior to this season so I'm not too sure which tracks it best suites.

I'm not in love with TM, but it does have a few fun corners.
