Hadjar under investigation for something but as Russel and Gasly have penalties it shouldn't have too much of an effect.
 
George and Lando are just incredibly unlucky this season.

Alpine apparently suspecting a pitlane technical issue behind the penalties. This is becoming a farce imo.

So Stroll and LeClerc are saying it has nothing to do with the track surface but simply braking issues.
 
When will race control investigate itself for allowing the track to be covered in loose asphalt causing 2 cars to crash?

You could see that Stroll perfectly hit the bit that was breaking up, and there were quite a few bits of asphalt on his tire as he hit the wall.
I can imagine it feeling like a brake issue.

Getting a penalty for leaving more than 10 car lengths under safety car is extremely avoidable.
