I don't know if this is fascinating yet or not with those regulations but one thing is for sure is that there are some excitements around the race even though it still is a procession.

Then you just get drivers making little "mistakes" to hold others up. Good luck trying to differentiate between those and genuine mistakes.
Such a rule sounds decent on paper, but is completely unenforceable. Similar to the team orders ban. Didn't work because of code radios.
And you can't ban code radios, because what's the difference between a coded radio message, and a regular Ferrari radio message? They both sound like complete nonsense.
