You know, that clip has a really, really strong TG vibe to it - and not just from Jeremy doing the talking. I can't really explain it, but it seems like TG was a lot more involved in that clip than just doing the voiceover.

Which is a good thing.

Think TG helped create the promotion.I think the video was first posted on the TG website.

The intro is cool, but I really like the demo's intro. Wonder if that mightt make it into the final game, maybe just after Jeremy is done talking.

Forza Motorsport.

Where dreams are driven.

With steering assists in simulation mode.

Rather have steering help in sim mode than magic skid recovery forces in The Real Driving Simulator.

Ah, close-minded fanboys are hilarious :dopey:👍

I am not a fanboy.

Check the signature and then use a little common sense.

This is why I have so many infractions here. Because I have to correct (insert derogatory here) who don't know what they are talking about.

Well, how am I supposed to know you're being sarcastic? This is the Internet, you can't read my mind, nor can I read yours.

I'd prefer not to get into an argument over this, but if you want to... fine.

Even if Zoo were a close-minded fanboy, you're comparing something that no one has to use, to something that's on regardless (or at least so it seems thus far).

Glad that Dan G finally debunked the steering assist. Now what is next to complain about?

Dude...pick anything and I am sure people can take the subject and run it through the mud. I mean look at the GT5 vs FM4 thread when I just sarcasticly said FM logo > GT logo. People took that into an argument over the box's.

Funny and sad at the same time.

Such an optimist. Now we get to argue some more, just with a lot of "Dan is/isn't a liar" thrown in for spice.

 I couldn't believe that turned into a debate. Some of those GT guys will argue anything to say GT is better even the logo thing.

He didn't debunk anything. The assist is there, period, fact, end of. No matter how much he denies it it isn't going to go away.

Yup, it's been debunked officially, 100% by the developers of the game. Enjoy your denial though. Good luck with that ;)

Who should I believe ? Turn 10 or some online gamer ? I am betting on turn 10
Factual evidences vs corporate rhetoric, choose.

T10 also denied the FM3 wheel assists until a few months back when they use them as an excuse to promote the improved handling in FM4.

They are doing exactly the same now. If the handling don't change in the final game I guess they are not going to admit it until FM5.

Does anyone have proof of the assist outside of "I said so" because arguments like that just don't hold up.

Ding! Ding! Ding!

Oddly enough, videos have been posted showing that the assist is indeed disabled. My experience also shows this to be the case.

That video doesn't disprove Greenawalt's claim though.

All it does is prove there is something effecting the wheel in the telemetry. Until we can actually see the effect it has on the wheels, which likely won't be until we can view replays in the full release, I don't see any way to prove anything either way.

EDIT: Tree'd, I was talking about that video before that one, I'm watching the latest one now.
