Does anyone here out of curiosity share my view on my status about fun leagues and groups like us (whilst maintaining a proper organised roster and series) are slowly becoming a thing of the past?

No, actually I think we should have at least one fun-one-off event every once in a while (even within seasons), just to take the load off...

I really don't see myself being alone on this...

I kind of feel the same way, except more about the racing genre in general, where casual arcade is becoming taboo and is being replaced by "sim or nothing". I'd rather have an arcadey game where I can have fun than a super serious sim that lacks character.

As a group we are a fun group, I totally agree Yera we should have some odd fun days (the christmas ice racing, oh my  ) and I have some spot races with more relaxed regs to come as well. I mean the FRL being a relaxed group as opposed to (not naming names) stricter organisations that seem to basically require you to devote your entire life to them to compete.

I missed the Christmas ice racing. :(

I still have bizarre race ideas. :D

That's because everyone is abandoning GT6, and racing series are slowly becoming a thing of the past.

Speaking of which, as indicated last night in WSC, Swifts will be making a return in the WSC off season. Slightly revamped but still having a BHP Success Cut (top 4 from 20 BHP down to 5).

And we all know that its a fun series.

I would be up for Clios again without a doubt, if it were in a better timeslot. I completely understand that's the only slot possible, I'm just saying I'd be a definite if not for that.

Got a confession to make:

All along I have been testing the Trollvo, the original C30 for ToCA13 :D .... and guess what... it is rubbish. Might have well as blown a tyre. Unless testing shows a miracle turnaround, well, roster is done and no Trollvo!

He's just screwing with you, it's actually massively OP and ECM and FAS have already claimed all of them for next season.

Most of us already knew that :)

Some point will be updating the active members with car #'s - only FRL club members on GT6 are in. Also removing a few inactive, and a few perma-bans.

I'm wondering if I should change my number...

Remember, I'm still #11 preferably, but I'm running #16 in V8s

Isn;t yours #50?
For WSC IX being 2015 is the 50th Anniversary of the Ford Mustang and it'll be the final season for the GT350 in the GT-O lineup.

#15 for me inspired by the Mustang being in the lineup and wanting to bring a championship winning Trans-Am car style into the series. :sly:
Normally it's #38 in ToCA and Clio Cup for me.
