I'm thinking of a number between 1 and 10 million, I bet you a million dollars you can't guess what it is...

There is a guy around here who deliver's pizza for Domino's who drives a 928. That picture reminded me of it.

That does look pretty cool even though they didn't use an F10!

Sweet, I had McDonalds twice this week. Mmm, double fecal matter cheeseburgers...

My wife visits McDonalds probably 2-3 times per week (so she's a "super heavy user"), always via drive-thru. She happens to be quite thin, she likes McDonald's for their coffee.

Just pointing out that statistics aren't always what they appear. About 99% of all money we spend at McDonald's is on (iced) coffee (which I'm sure is marked up heavily, but not as heavily as starbucks).

Also, the average calorie intake number is dubious at best. It's most likely based on a source (UN FAO) that cites it well higher than many other sources. The numbers I've found are closer to 2500 calories - probably quite a bit healthier than the Ethiopian numbers.

I have a hard time believing that the average American eats almost 4000 calories a day...

Do they mean the average NFL lineman or something?

But I can vouch for the pop markup. I work in a restaurant, and when you take into account all the materials, the cost of the machine, the pop syrup and the CO2, the restaurant pays roughly 3-4 cents for a glass of pop. These glasses are sold for $2.50 or so. That's why most restaurants can have free refills, because it makes the customer think they're getting a great value, when really it's the difference between the drink costing 3 cents, 6 cents or 9 cents. I get really pissed off when places don't have free refills on fountain pop, because I know it costs pennies.

Apparently there's some weird chemicals in their stuff, but I imagine there's lots of chemicals in lots of things that can also be found in lots of other things that you wouldn't call "food". Oh, just had a double cheeseburger last night, with a Coke to drink.

Yeah, those African countries with 1000 calorie daily intakes should have stick figure dudes, and the 3 thousand cal American figure should be standard size.

Looking at the health code violations & the companies that committed them, I'm actually not surprised. Wendy's crap is cold 50% of the time, Arby's will sometimes have some funky looking sandwiches, & Dairy Queen is usually also well known more its ice cream/Blizzard.

The Mr and Mrs Claus sitting on the roof watching the traffic jam make the whole picture funny.

im amazed that every single road user failed. i guess it is hard to see further than the end of the bonnet. "this can't be real my gps didnt tell me about it"
see a space...move into it. see no space...move into it :dunce:
could make a fortune on fines though :D

LOL at the traffic jam... I experienced it once when the traffic light of the junction failed and was quite an amount of time wasted to get everything going again

That picture with the gridlock. Wouldn't happen in Britain because our superior roundabouts keep traffic flowing at junctions. They should be adopted in every country in the world.
