The guy in the VW camper van is obviously a hippie trying to stand out from the crowd
 
And the guy driving the bus is obviously compensating for something.

Half of the white cars are taxis, the other half are VW Kombis which as far as I know don't come in any other colors these days.

That picture with the gridlock. Wouldn't happen in Britain because our superior roundabouts keep traffic flowing at junctions. They should be adopted in every country in the world.

It is quite clearly an engineering and organisational miscalculation on par with the terrible decisions made by Codemasters employees during the period which they were developing Colin McRae DiRT and it's sequel, most commonly known as Colin McRae DiRT 2. On that basis, it was clearly Codemasters team who created this junction as nobody else is that terrible at everything.

I tried to solve it in my head, too. I couldn't see a way to get anyone moving again though. :odd:

Edit: I guess one direction of traffic would just have to back up a little ways.
 
Get the silver SUV 3 cars ahead of the to buss to turn right and pull up along side the car in front, this will allow the entire bottom row to get out. While this happens no car is to enter the intersection from any angle. Once the bottom row is out the row heading south can get out, then the others etc etc.
