I don't know what the current street price is for the 120gb PS3, but you do realize that the $329 price actually includes the PS3 purchase itself, right? It's just a pre-updated unit. It doesn't cost $329 to have them upgrade the firmware on your existing unit.

Although i agree that people end up charging a lot at best buy, that wasnt overpriced since if you read at the right it says that it includes any 30 dollar game, so i dont think they're ripping you off

That's a separate ad for a bundle. It's on a separate sheet of paper, at the top you can see the B where it likely says Bundle, you see the "PS3 St" which likely says PS3 Starter Bundle or something similar, and at the bottom you can see where it starts to say, "All For" which would indicate that is where the price of that deal is.
