Hey just wondered has anyone brought the GT4 soundtrack at all im considering buying it from Amazon but i just wondered whta u guys think about it and what the tunes are like on it?

Cheers

I especially like the Daiki Kasho and a Masahiro Andoh songs that can't be found anywhere else. The is except that some of the Daiki Kasho songs are actually Dakota Star songs, don't know how it all works out though. There's always Limewire and the like to get what you're looking for :sly:

They sound good under the cacophony of wind noise, revving engines and squeeling tires, but I could do without ever hearing most of them by themselves.

no reason to. just download the songs you want. heck, i could do without all the classical and dance on it, and some of the songs i own anyway

speaking of the soundtrack, in the PAL book it says 'shatter' by feeder, taken from the pushing the senses album. yet, it is not on the album (i own it :P ) but a B-side of the first single

funny little feeling, roll over dj, and panama. theres my soundatrack lol.
I like Queens of the Stone Age (Go with the Flow), Photek (Rinsa), Whitey (In The Limelight), Spiderbait (Live in a Box), James Brown (Call Me Super Bad), Judas Priest (Freewheel Burning), Papa Roach (Getting Away With Murder), Jimmy Eat World (Nothingwrong), Curve (Hell Above Water), differetGear (Forget), Jet (Rollover DJ), Aquasky vs MasterBlaster (777) and Ulrich Schnauss (A Million Miles Away) myself. Yep, I could drive to that all day. In fact, I'd be itching to cram the GT4 soundtrack into my sound system. except maybe the Dakota Star tracks, they sound like elevator music (though I was distracted when I heard them, mostly because I was going sideways at some 200km/h with no idea which way I was supposed to be going because I was in a cloud of dust).

id like to know the legal implicaions of p2p'ing the music from gt4. since surey you aready own a copy which would make it perfectly legal?

no p2p is baaad maaan comments. PLEASE! this is an honest question and i want a descent answer

hmmm a predicament there mate. you COULD P2P download it, no-one would give a ****, and since you own a game with the music officially licenced on it anyway it might be legal

I really like the GT4 soundtrack - in fact I'm listening to it right now. Daiko Kaisho - Breakdown to get specific. I just go to the Jukebox and crank it throught the TV while I'm working ( well I'm meant to be working...)

I'll have to work on getting it on CD so I can play it in my car - I saw some software floating around that can rip the songs from the PS2 disc, but at this stage it's looking like I'll record it to MD from the Optical Output. Either way... :)

It just changed to Claude Debussy - La fille aux cheveux de lin :nervous:
