I thought the DLC cars and such were going to be like forza. You get the cars but you still have to buy them in game to have them. I swear KAZ said the old gift style DLC system was over. So will that apply to the 15-25 cars that come with the 15ANV ED?

I don't think so, otherwise 'twould not be enough of an incentive, and also would be false advertising - they have stated "you will also receive 5 exclusive Pre-order vehicles", rather than 'have available to buy'.
