Minor one, in the multiplayer lobbies, whenever you press the pause button and then press X to exit the pause menu, every time you press X when driving (which is also the upshift button), you hear a sound that plays whenever you press a button on a menu which you can't access. It's really distracting sometimes.

Also, I don't know if it's a bug or not, but Menu Book 39 won't stop playing Chariots of Fire on the map screen. What a jarring song to hear in a Gran Turismo game, honestly.

The livery editor gets you error

when you try to save a style with too many decals, or at least an amount of decals with too many SVG nodes.

I tried everything to avoid it:

• Not using other users decals;
• Using only in-game decals,
• Avoiding special characters in the names of the external decals;
• Applying all the decals with surface or camera visual without mixing;
• Trying different cars.

It's just not possible to make complex designs and paint jobs which makes the high limit of 400 decals pointless.

I'm not sure if everyone can experience this bug or if it is exclusive to some users. I opened a thread here if anyone has a solution or wants to contribute.

I love to tune up and install deliveries in the first 2 games in the series and I was hoping to experience that fun again with GT7. While making your own liveries it's an absolute blast is just not worth it if you can't save the style to use them or share them.

Agh, sorry, it's the 60s. It could be the wheels, yes. Even I upgraded with a slightly bigger.. the game logic still need to have in mind the stock ones. I believe you are right here.

I updated to 1.09 a few hours ago and was eager to check if the garage “date acquired” sorting bug was still there (it was introduced in 1.07/1.08). And yup, the bug is still not fixed. Each time i race with a car, then change to another car and sort my garage on “date acquired”, then the car I just drove is on top of the list. So driving a car updates both the “last used” and “date acquired” fields, it should not update the date acquired field.

For example I purchased the Tomahawk VGT a few days ago. I purchased the Sauber C9 today, then raced with the Tomahawk again and… when I sort on “date acquired” then I looks as if I purchased the Tomahawk after the Sauber.

This bug annoys me greatly as I prefer to keep the option to sort my garage on date purchased. I play on PS4 Pro.

Feel free to add other bugs you find in 1.09 yourself, maybe PD will see this thread and take a look at them.

Anyone remember in Gran Turismo 6, when you went to a race/championship and you were down on PP, or didn't have specific tyres...you could buy them from the Tuning Menu and didn't have to exit all the way back out to the Tuning Shop only to have to come all the way back to the race/event...we need that back again...cause this not having the right tyres (Dirt, IM, Wets, etc) is a real pain.

Yep, was thinking that myself...that was such an easier method than navigating your way through multiple menus just to come all the way back again.

a couple bugs to report when doing the menu book applying a wing to a car the game froze when applying it at 30 percent. Luckily I closed the game and booted it back up and the wing was applied.

Also this still hasn't been resolved even with the 1.09 patch but when applying any paint on any car the game will freeze at 30-33 percentage. I just want to apply paint and the game simply won't let me. It says that it's applying it in the livery editor and the background music will play but it'll freeze at 30-33% everytime. Is anyone else having this problem?

I had the 33% issue but that was resolved by itself.

Yeah I have no clue why it's doing it but it has since the very beginning. It's so infuriating because all I want to do is paint any car. i legitimately waited over thirty minutes hoping it would brute force it's way through but to no avail.

Whenever I try to apply a purchased real car paint in the livery editor, the game crashes. At first I thought it was just happening with one car, but it's any car.

I too have this crash problem, I didn't before patch 1.08 (didn't paint any cars since 1.06) and now I have this problem with purchased paints, it crashes as soon as I click button for the purchased paints.
Oh well I can wait, a paint job won't stop me from racing

The livery editor bug error CE-222033 that occurs when saving a style with a complex livery job is still there in 1.09.
Not that i expected it to magically be fixed, livery editor fixes weren't announced in the patch notes.

would be cool that cars could be sorted by "distance driven" instead of "mileage". It will be very long before any cars I actually have more mileage than the lame Daemio I bought used at the beginning of the game.

Small bug, but annoying nonetheless.

in Scapes, the "Key Lights" of any vehicle will automatically toggle "On" when switched to via the Square button. Please see the below embedded video for reference. Note the dashboard and instrument cluster lights of the Atenza and Amemiya FD as I switch to them after having turned their Key Lights off.

When you are in Drift Trial on the Dirt tracks, you cannot change to a different car if the car does not already have Dirt tyres on...why cant we change car and then put on the Dirt tyres?
Races on the Dirt tacks you can change car and then change the tyres...so why different for the Drift Trials?
Once again we are forced to quit out of the event, go all the way back to our garage/tuning shop and sort the issue...such an absolute pain.

I still have the error where my Collector Level is back to one and all I can go to is the used car lot, garage and cafe. I still can't do any races or any new menus. They have come out with multiple updates and still have not fixed a bug that makes the game actually unplayable. I know I am not the only one with this issue.

Ferrari FXX k '14 - can't change LSD settings.
Comes with Fully Customisable LSD but settings are greyed out so stuck with 15/40/50.
Car is invitation only and cost 3.6 million so rather disappointing it is bugged.

Someone from the back of the grid ghosted through the field before the race start in Manufacturers Cup.. I am (was) the poleman. He was 7s ahead when the countdown ended. No further explanation necessary.

Not a bug but another big miss from Kaz. A new engine for the De Tomaso Mangusta is priced to 125.000,-
A bit over the top for a Ford Windsor 289cui even if it`s a high power version. Same as in the 1965 Shelby 350 btw

Tire noise bug at Willow Springs


Couldn't replicate on other tracks. The video shows two cars with different tires.
Sometimes there is no tire noise whatsoever.

Things that still need adding/fixing to race lobbies:
Can't edit/save/load settings
No Qualification option
Timed races appear to end when time runs out, you don't appear to get to finish the lap you are on...
Can't set custom grid order, or have grid based on previous race
No Race results available after race finishes

What is with this weird Oversteer that is plaguing GT 7...and I've seen so many YouTube videos about this...
I've had it happen so many times, the vast majority of the time with Production Models (but very occasionally on race cars)...the car will just suddenly massively oversteer and spin out and only way I can catch it is to come off the power immediately. At first I thought it was the rear losing traction but the more replays I watch it's definitely more that the front suddenly turns in rather than the back losing traction and stepping out.

When I import a logo using the decal uploaded, it appears in the menus of the game and I'm able to select it but when I do there is nothing there. I can adjust the size and opacity etc like any normal logo or shape but nothing is put on the actual car. Anyone got a fix for this? Something I'm doing wrong maybe?

Which software are you using? I used to have similar problems and were related to a view value of the original file.

I found that a good workaround in Inkscape is to import the SVG in a new file, not opening it directly, then save it again.

Wanted to expand on my original report because it wasn't just the autopilot that glitched. It seems to me he wasn't even driving and the AI took over and turned his car into a tank.

Has anyone managed to get a Suit Livery to come over from GT Sport. I have shared it in GT Sport and made it available to all, but it will not show up in GT 7.

I have a problem I really like to solve. I've, like many of you, spend countless hours in the livery editor in GT Sport. Of course I've would like to get my car liverys transfered.

But I've encountered a problem that I can't find a solution for. Every time I try to open the design list to get a car livery, the circle and text "opening design list..." apears but it never ends. It just spins and spins and I have to close the application to go back to the menu. The game itself has not freezed, the camera around the car still moves in the background but nothing else happens. It's been like this since my first try like 2 weeks ago. The thing is, I could transfer my helmet and racing suit without problems and the design list always opens in that section, but not for my car liverys. What can I do?

Literally in the thumbnail can see whats wrong

Meeting place -> load any car and drive -> switch vehicle -> load in and drive and the glitch might happen
I can do this consistently with any vehicle now
