Ok, here's a short video that should clearly show the problem. It also shows that the in-car rev counter and the in-game rev counter differ by 1k. That explains why @Highlandor couldn't see the problem.
Yes, you are correct. I tried this again today but used cockpit view and the revs are limited is 6000, but change the view to bumper cam and the engine revs to 7000+.
I keep getting the CE210610 error add the game was running fine an hour ago, took a small break and turned my ps5 off and now it’s forcing me into offline mode when my WiFi and PSN connection is good. How do I fix this?
I’m not quite sure if this is the right thread, but I got a strange effect.
For example I use the Porsche GT3 R time track on Watkins Glen and drive on hard race tyres
1:50 normal -> Top Speed 245
and 1:54 with high rpm turbo and 800HP -> Top Speed 230 ….
First time I noticed, that something is not correct was with the Alfa 4C, and after changing the gear settings, it works. I thought this an issue of the car, but perhaps it is something in the settings since update 1.68 ?
Gear setting change with the Porsche changed nothing.
And even stranger is, that in the morning I won the weekly challenge Tokyo Express (PP 800) with the GT3 R without any issues… and for sure more top speed
