Maybe you already figured it out, but what's happening is you've enabled panning mode + travel speed of the car, but increased the shutter speed so the image looks static - while in reality it's actually moving.
Disable panning mode, and driver should be gone (and travel speed should become grayed out automatically, but I'm not sure)

Cosmetic? But this happened twice to me, final race in the WGT Championship, all races pay 100,000 cr, with CRB, the payout is 150,000. This shows I collected 150k but the CRB indicator its not there, as I said this happened twice...
I don't mind the extra credits but I want to know why...

This is not a bug...you only get the Gold Award for getting Gold on ALL sections...else you get the All Bronze award...your award is not downgraded as the best you have on ALL sections is Bronze as there is no Silver award. A Silver award would be nice though.
It was exactly the same in GT Sport

yesci do know thos already! but not getting any bronze to be given a bronze award is downgraded!!!! there should be gold silver and bronze as its supposed to be realistic sim 🤔 not hard to give 3 awards and not two. not interested in gt 1-sport as this is a seperate GAME entirely. so say you hate drifting and get bronzes in them only, then it should be a percentage. its bad enough paying over 50 quid for a unfinished game and not able to get a refund, PD dont respond to and reports and dont even mention the bugs in future updates, maybe they dont want players to know all the problems. PD just want your money and aint interested in refunding for crap! lets hope the Gov investigation into gt/playstation will fine them heavily.

I noticed the bug bling with the ae86 ss version, If you’re in the cockpit view in a replay your driver does not use the clutch pedal nor the brake pedal nor the shifter he is just turning the steering wheel, Looks like all the animations are missing

Specific bugs that are still plaguing the game for me:

My system: GT7 digital edition; PS4 Slim

1. Race photos: system crashing when taking photos during a race replay.
2. Save Screenshot/Video Clip via 'Share' button during gameplay: crashes console and results in lost progress/lost credit
3. Server drop-out causing lost progress: server outage after a race/event causes credit to be lost (mileage/prize money)
4. Game hanging: Game randomly crashing causing lost progress.

5. Bugged lap time counter: lap time counter stays red for remainder of race after pit stop
6. Frame-rate drop at Spa: Serious drop in frame-rate, notably at Rivage, during WGT Championship race.
7. Odd weather behaviour: Instant transition from bright sunshine to heavy rain.

The top 4 are seriously annoying and have happened multiple times already, often resulting in the loss of the most recent progress. The top 2 are frustrating because knowing that these glitches can crash the game effectively kills their usability for fear of losing progress i.e. attempting to save/share content during an endurance race would not be advisable.

After a few tries in any test.....cut and offline mode, over and over again. It's not a connection problem. I have tried with my internet home, my interne tmobile , and the neighbor's internet and always with the same result. Does anyone else have this problem??

Secondly, this is not how anything works. You're not being "downgraded", you're being given the award for meeting or exceeding the standards required to pass every test in each bloc. Gold and silver times exceed bronze, thus you qualify for the all bronzes prize. If you want to win the all golds prize you'll need to up those silvers to meet or exceed the standards for gold in every test in each bloc.

Nothing you mention here is a bug and I don't know why you've decided it is. Except for the obvious axe-grinding, but you can express your temper tantrums in threads that have that purpose rather than those which do not.

When countersteering during drifting, front wheels angle does not keep up with the steering input and the car's behavior.
This is especially evident in replays and best seen when driving very slow and steering left/right lock-to-lock (Chase cam - Rear view). Car starts to turn before front wheels change direction - they won't turn as fast as the car does.
Aside:

PLEASE READ THIS before you choose to delete/re-install GT7

From the latest "Known Issues" [UPDATED: April 7] ...

"Other
　- There have been cases wherein the App hangs during the loading screen at start-up, and rare cases wherein the App crashes when entering certain race events. Deleting and re-installing Gran Turismo 7 might fix those issues."

I was getting the "hangs" on load errors, so I followed the advice above. BAD IDEA. Not all my saved data was visible after the re-install.

My Styles, Helmet Liveries and Suit Liveries survived. Phew!

Unfortunately, NONE of my Scapes Photos, Race Photos or Replays are accessible any more.

Here's why I use the word "accessible", rather than imply "gone for ever". I have (had) many Replays saved, since I enjoy going back to them for photo opportunities. As a result, I had a lot of "Saved Data" in System Storage (my games are on an external SSD). I had built up 500+ Megabytes of Saved Data. I STILL have over 500+ megs, and so I suspect that the replays are still there, just inaccessible at this time.

Cosmetic issue in a Replay.

Although in the actual 1 Lap Attack there was no tire smoke on entering Big Willow’s Turn 1, under certain circumstances, such as when the 🔄 10 seconds rewind button is pressed on the exit of Turn 2 (but not much earlier), lots of tire smoke appears, as in the photo below.

I skipped GT Sport and didn't know that. It’s a bit strange because it’s easy to spot and probably easy to fix. Maybe PD don’t have time to watch replays
Nonetheless this bug is annoying.

Edit: this is NOT a bug/ glitch, it's just my stupidity in not looking at the details, in the championship the last race at the ring 24hr payout is 150k normal and with CRB it is 225k.
I believed ALL races were the standard 100k payout.

I thought I'd found a timing bug at Suzuka full circuit but upon closer inspection it's just that the start line and finish line aren't the same line, so you automatically get a 2-3ish second boost on your first lap. I thought I was losing it, lapping that much slower even though I knew I couldn't possibly be driving that much slower.

Is this a thing on any other circuits that I just haven't noticed?

When are they going to fix this nonsense? I do a race, set up my photo. Snap the pic. the white bar moves slowly to the right. Then, disappears. Leaving my screen like this and me having to back out the game and reload.

There seems to be a bug after v1.12 update, where the ABS and brake lights flicker, although there's no brake input. It happens on ABS default and weak settings. Braking doesn't seem to be affected, I don't see any braking input in the HUD. Running T-LCM pedals. Makes watching replays pretty annoying....anyone else experiencing this too?

Edit: Turns out it was because my pedals are connected to my PS5 (via the wheel) and PC (via USB) at the same time, causing some kind of weird cross-signal interference. Once I turned off the PC, it was all good.

I'm posting my problem here because maybe someone can help me I'm just reiterating what I've said before previously in the livery thread. Still no fix for me when wanting to just paint a car. Even after the 1.12 patch. Its bizarre thing I have no decals applied anywhere on any of my vehicles. It happens with any car I pick. I pick what color I want like matte white or whatever. It'll show it on the car and I will hit apply design and it'll fluctuate between 30-33%. The background music will play but it won't go past 33 percent. I legitimately waited over 30 minutes one time to see if it would just brute force it's way through but to no avail. It's maddening because all I want to do is simply paint a car that's it. It has been happening since the beginning and the patches haven't addressed it yet I'm starting to doubt that they will. If anyone has any work arounds to this problem or have experienced the same thing please let me know.

I believe something similar happens at the Autopolis event, your 1st lap is always the best one!

Also happening to me and several others. Try switching to 'Medium' resolution or using a lower aspect ration (like 3:2). I also suspect it might have something to do with the Panning settings (default is 2, but I can't be bothered doing a systematic check to see which parameter(s) cause it to crash in Race photo mode...). Some parameter changes definitely do stop the system from crashing, but unfortunately it would appear that the default settings are causing some systems to crash.

I have an issue with the Circuit Master trophy. It 'unlocked' on screen, with the popup in the topright of the screen, but it is not active when I go through my trophies, even after restart and getting more circuit experiences done...

Anyone seen this problem before?

I do not have a wheel setup (yet, still deciding) but is it a requirement that you need to connect thru a PC for it to work? I've been sitting on fence weighing the positives / negatives...

Turns out it was because my pedals are connected to my PS5 (via the wheel) and PC (via USB) at the same time, causing some kind of weird cross-signal interference. Once I turned off the PC, it was all good.

The T-LCM user manual specifically says never to have both connected at the same time, so it's probably a good idea to disconnect the cable from the PC while you play on the PS (for charging purposes some PC's USB ports are still powered even though the PC is turned off.) It's like powering a device with two different power supplies at the same time - you risk their grounds are at different voltage potentials which will cause a current to flow, potentially frying something.

Better safe than sorry, as the saying goes.

The final race at the Nurburgring pays out 150,000Cr before the CRB.
