Wait, did Kaz really say that? Because wouldn't that suggest they have 0 cars they're keeping under wraps for GT8? :odd:

I mean, maybe it's fine because the PS6 won't come out for another million years at this rate
As Pharrell Williams says, "Yesssurrr". ;)

“I think nowadays we are no longer in the era where you hold on to the new cars and tracks that you create for the next title, and you save it all for your release. I don’t think we work that way any more. Now it is sort of like being on Spotify or the iTunes Store; I think it is more natural to have new additional cars and tracks added to the store as they are ready to go.”

The Temerario would be too new, I went with the Corvette C8 R because the Corvette Z06 GT3 R would be too new being 2023, there needs to be a car from the USA maybe the Ford Mustang GT3/D
This ^ + Huracan STO which is based on Huracan EVO GT3 was in GT Movie as one of the scanned cars.

I think Huracan EVO 2 + STO could happen
And it would be similar situation like with R8 and AMG GT. Both of them got newer models as seperate cars not just parts.

With the new 911 GT3 R coming for GR3 there will surely have to be an update to some of the other GR3 cars otherwise people will just use the Ferrari 296 GT3 and Porsche 911 GT3 R.

Aston Martin Vantage AMR GT3
Corvette C8R (GTD Pro)
McLaren 720S GT3
Honda/Acura NSX GT3 Evo22
BMW M4 GT3
Mercedes-AMG GT3 Evo
Lamborghini Huracán GT3 Evo 2

The manufactures won't want their cars being left behind in the game surely!
Correction:

Aston Martin Vantage AMR GT3 EVO '24
BMW M4 GT3 '23 (Regular version, then EVO parts can be added as dress-up parts)
Chevrolet Corvette Z06 GT3.R (C8) '24
Ford Mustang GT3 '24 (The EVO version was recently introduced, its EVO parts can also be in GT Auto)
Lamborghini Huracan GT3 EVO2 '23
McLaren 720S GT3 '19 (Like the BMW M4 GT3, the EVO parts can be added as dress-up parts)

And the Mercedes-AMG GT3 EVO is already in the game.

The rule is, unless it's a major redesign like the Audi R8 LMS EVO or the Mercedes-AMG GT3 EVO, EVO versions don't need separate cars.

Pretty cool timing for them to add a WTC 800 at Mount Panorama, with the real life Bathurst 12H not too far off.

Full patch notes.
Interestingly includes a Circuit Experience for Sainte-Croix - Layout A.
I always thought it was a bit odd that only Layout C had one. Still missing Layout B though, but with them adding Layout A, maybe we'll see that too in the future since they're clearly aware of it...

...unlike Blue Moon Bay's lack of a Drift Trial mode that could be on the infield... or working floodlights at night...

I don't think I've ever seen a car in this game with such a terrible camera view setting like the SU7 Ultra has.

This has to be an oversight right?

Some cars already have bad settings (Alphard, Land Cruiser), but mostly because they are just too big. Camera on 205 Turbo is odd as well and the car is rather small. I hope they will adjust settings at least for Xiaomi.

Seems like manufacturers playing along is becoming a common occurrence.
Nah. A professional motoring journalist who can't spell, thinks a random-length series of dots qualifies as punctuation, and who works for an outlet that actually stole pictures from GTPlanet, adamantly told me that car PRs don't care about games at all.

We're all hallucinating it.

Another one of the cheaper updates in recent memory. Currently trying to remember the update that's the cheapest in terms of credits to spend on cars.

I actually think the new car line up is pretty strong this month.

Very disappointed with the Scapes, they just seem a bit...meh

Happy to see more WTC races, but shame that they don't really bring in any big money.

You know I have a list :D

35th out of 35 was 1.56, with the Unimog, 205 GTI and Z4. Only ten updates have had less than 1m credits of new cars (including UCD-exclusives at the higher Hot Pick price at launch).

Something is definitely broken with the camera on the SU7. I was doing the time trial last night on a flat screen (to lazy to unfold my playseat at midnight for VR ) and, since I have overtake mapped to the right stick button, if I looked back very slightly, the entire car would disappear :boggled:
