I think that’s just marketing talk, if it's going to make it's release date it's got to be way further on than that. I wouldn't hold your breath for any substantial improvements over what we are seeing.

With all players in the same physical location, of course. Add 10-100ms of latency and it might be different.

Seems they improved the online. don't see much lag.

Lag comes from latency, you have <1ms latency when at the same physical location.

Tyre squeal is way too loud and too consistent in tone.

It's like a binary on/off 'noise' rather than an even vaguely realistic representation of how rubber in contact with tarmac at high speeds might sound like...

Now that the game looks sharper, the vacuum-like engines ruin the immersion even more. I really hope these are "placeholder sounds".

Graphically, I hope the shadow jaggies are removed, and that there are filters applied so that the scenery doesn't look so lifeless or dull.

I was hyped for this game but is looks just like GT6! Same tire sound and jagged shadows, sounds? Don't seem that improved to me :/

Yeah as I said before GT evironments suck... totally lifeless.

Engines sound better but not amazing.
Graphics look improved but the stream does look terrible at the min.
Tyre squeal is way too overpowering.

Otherwise I'm still happy
